Married to Dharmendra, the actress is a proud mommy to her two daughters, Esha Deol and Ahana Deol. Now, on her 75th birthday, Hema Malini got the sweetest birthday wish from her daughter, Esha Deol.
On October 16, 2023, taking to her IG handle, Esha Deol shared two stunning pictures with her mommy, Hema Malini on the latter's special day. In the pictures, the mommy-daughter duo looked elegant in their respective traditional ensembles. Hema looked stunning in a yellow-hued saree with pink floral prints and a broad border. She accentuated her look with a choker and matching earrings. Esha, on the other hand, donned a beige-hued suit paired with a gajra-adorned hairdo.

Sharing the beautiful pictures, Esha Deol penned a heartmelting note for her mommy dearest, Hema Malini. The loving daughter heaped praises on the Dream Girl and called her a powerhouse of talent. Esha further added how her mother is loved by many people and is blessed by her parents. The actress wrote:
"Happy birthday mamma. Celebrating you today & forever.. a divine lady who lives life on her own terms with utmost grace & dignity.. a powerhouse.. Meanwhile, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Hema Malini was asked about the most beautiful phase of her life so far. Responding to the same, she shared that it was during her prolific career in the film industry that she rejoiced the most and added that she didn't rest even one day from 1975 to 1985. Recalling the great time, she said:
“The most beautiful one was when I was very busy working in films. From 1975 to 1985, I don’t think I rested even one day. I was continuously working, like it was Sholay one day, then going to Afghanistan for Dharmatma, then going to Russia, within two months coming back to shoot in Nasik. I played so many different kind of roles, in my personal life too. That was a great time, and what is paying me back today.”
Hema Malini continued to pursue her acting career even after her marriage to Dharmendra. The duo delivered several hit films together, including Sholay, Raja Jani, Baghavat, and more. In the same interview, Hema was asked about the special gift that she got from her husband on her 75th birthday. To this, she revealed that Dharmendra, who was vacationing in the US, has returned to Mumbai to be with her and celebrate her birthday. Calling it the biggest gift, Hema said:
“He is here for my birthday, and the biggest gift he gives me is spending time with us.”

Hema Malini is an evergreen beauty, who can give strong competition to any contemporary actress. Talking about her age, she shared that even she can't believe that she has turned 75 years old. Sharing the secret behind the same, the actress mentioned that age is just a number, which depends on how you look after yourself. Hema added:
“I am 75 today, I can’t believe it myself! But age is just a number. It depends on how you look after yourself, if others are inspired by the work you do. That’s life. I do the work that I get, spend time with my children and grandchildren. Life is beautiful,”
