Five days after the arrival of their first child, Harshdeep and Mankeet had given the first glimpse of their newborn child. The much-awaited day had finally arrived for Harshdeep Kaur and Mankeet Singh on March 2, 2021, as the couple had welcomed their first child and it’s a boy! Announcing the arrival of Junior Singh, Harshdeep had posted a picture with Mankeet, flaunting her baby bump and “It’s a Boy! 02-03-21” and “and the adventure begins” written on it. Mankeet had also posted a picture with Harshdeep, cradling her baby bump. Harshdeep and Mankeet had written the same caption, which could be read as ““A little bit of heaven just came down to earth and has made us Mommy & Daddy” Our Junior ‘Singh’ has arrived & we couldn’t be happier!”
A week after embracing parenthood, Harshdeep Kaur and Mankeet Singh announced the name of their newborn child by sharing a family picture. Sharing the same family picture, Harshdeep and Mankeet wrote, “With the blessings of Waheguru ji, we have named our Baby “Hunar Singh” Please continue giving him your love & blessings.” Harshdeep and Mankeet also revealed the meaning of the name. It was a few days ago when Harshdeep Kaur had celebrated her pregnancy with a baby shower and the pictures were a sheer delight as the mommy-to-be had posed for the camera with her brightest smile and pregnancy glow. In an interview with The Times of India, Harshdeep Kaur had spoken about her pregnancy during a pandemic and why they had kept the news a secret until the last month. She had said, “Yes, I am in my final trimester and just a month away from my delivery. My husband Mankeet and I are very private people. Last year, due to the entire COVID-19 crisis, there was very limited scope and opportunity to socialise. So, we ended up being quite guarded about the pregnancy because of the circumstances. We have no reason to be secretive about news like this. We just didn’t make an official announcement.
