Esha Deol shares a loving bond with her step-brothers, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol. No matter what the world says, she believes in keeping her relationship intact and away from the media glares. People tried hard to get some juicy revelation from Dhamrendra's children (Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol and Esha Deol), but they kept their mouths zipped and never really talked about it. However, once Esha revealed the kind of relationship, she has with her step-brothers.
In Hema Malini's biography, Beyond the Dreamgirl, Esha shared that she ties rakhi to Sunny and Bobby every year. However, she doesn't want the world to know about it. According to a report by Jansatta, Esha also shared that she looks up to her half-brother, Sunny Deol as a 'father figure'. The actress, who doesn't believe in mincing her words, revealed that she knows how the world talks about their relationship.

Esha further added that the Deol family doesn't believe in showing off their relationship. She called Sunny bhaiya innovative and a good person. However, Esha believes Bobby Deol is a bit reserved. The excerpt from Hema Malini's biography can be read as:
"I don’t need to tell the world about the relationship between myself and my half-brothers. I know the world talks about our relationships in different ways. But the Deol family members do not want to show off their relationships. Sunny Bhaiya is very innovative and a very good person at heart too. I treat him like a father. Bobby bhaiyya’s behavior is also very good, but he is a bit reserved."
Esha Deol has always fondly talked about her step-brother, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol. When she got married in 2012, everyone thought that her half-brothers would attend her wedding and would break the media's notion of disputes between the family. But Sunny and Bobby skipped the celebrations, despite them being the only brothers. However, their cousin brother, Abhay Deol, performed the rituals of Esha's wedding.
According to sources, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol skipped the wedding as they didn't want to hurt their mother, Prakash Kaur's sentiments. But the Deol brothers made sure to send their token of love in the form of gifts for their half-sister, Esha.
Everyone thought they would finally see Sunny Deol and Esha Deol together in one frame at the former's son, Karan Deol wedding. However, it didn't happen, while Esha was invited to the celebrations of Sunny's son, Karan's wedding. The actress decided not to go as Hema Malini didn't receive the invitation. As per a report in BollywoodLife, Esha wasn't part of Karan and Drisha's pre-wedding festivities either.
However, Esha shared her wish for her nephew, Karan Deol. She shared an IG story, wherein she wished the newly-married couple for their new beginnings. Her note could be read as:
"Congratulations Karan and Drisha. Wishing you both a lifetime of togetherness and happiness."
