Television stars, Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim are on cloud nine as they embraced parenthood for the first time in their lives. For the unversed, the madly-in-love duo met for the first time on the sets of Sasural Simar Ka. However, Dipika was in an unhappy marriage with Raunak Samson and got divorced from him very soon. Afterwards, Dipika tied the knot with Shoaib on February 22, 2018. Since then, the couple has been living in marital bliss and constantly updating their fans with cutesy glimpses from their lives. However, since Shoaib's sister, Saba Ibrahim's wedding in December 2022 and her glimpses in their respective vlogs were constantly giving rise to speculations about her pregnancy.
On June 21, 2023, Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim embraced parenthood for the first time with the arrival of their baby boy. Taking to their respective IG stories, Dipika and Shoaib announced the arrival of their first child and revealed that their baby is born prematurely. Asking their fans to keep them and their baby in their prayers, the couple penned a heartfelt note. Their note can be read as:
"Alhamdulillah today 21st June 2023 early morning we are blessed with a baby boy. Its a premature delivery nothing much to worry. Keep us in your prayers."

Taking to her IG handle on March 7, 2023, Dipika had shared adorable pictures with her hubby, Shoaib Ibrahim, from their Holi celebration. In the pictures, the duo was seen twinning in white attires. In addition, they were seen posing with their gulal-smeared hands. However, Dipika was seen flaunting and caressing her baby bump, and her pregnancy glow was simply unmissable. Check out:
Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar had kept her pregnancy news under wraps for quite some time. However, soon after announcing the news, Shoaib had revealed the reason behind hiding her pregnancy. The actor mentioned that they consciously hid the news for three months as per their doctor and family's advice. Moreover, it was Dipika's miscarriage in February 2022 when she was 6-7 weeks pregnant, that became a pivotal reason behind hiding their pregnancy news from their fans.

It was on January 22, 2023, when Dipika and Shoaib had taken to their Instagram handle and announced her pregnancy news. In the picture, we could see the duo twinning in white ensembles. While Dipika wore a chikankari top, her hubby donned a white shirt paired with denim pants. Moreover, the couple was seen wearing matching caps, which read, 'Mom to be' and 'Dad to be' respectively. Not only this, they also shared a cutesy picture, featuring their feet along with a pair of baby shoes kept between them. Alongside it, the television couple announced that they would soon embrace their parenthood for the first time.
