However, she then gradually left behind the world of glam and glitz, and opted for a quieter life with her family. But time and again, when she makes rare public appearances, the netizens highly judge the actress' looks. They never miss a chance to compare Ayesha's looks before and after undergoing plastic surgeries.

While going under the knife is quite common in the entertainment industry, Ayesha Takia reportedly applied certain cosmetic procedures, including lip fillers, puffy cheeks and Botox. But in the process of doing so, her looks had changed completely. Recently, as she made a public appearance, thus, once again, her looks post-and-pre-surgery were being compared. Responding to the same, Ayesha took to her Instagram handle and subtly responded to the same. She shared a smiling picture of herself along with a message atop it, which read "Love and peace", followed by a heart and victory finger showing emojis.

She also shared another cryptic note while addressing the negativity online. The picture message shared by Ayesha on her Instagram stories mentioned how no one can control how people receive their energy. Moreover, it becomes difficult how everything gets filtered once it becomes public. The picture message can be read as:

"You can't control how people receive your energy. Anything you do or say gets filtered through the lens of whatever they are going through at the moment, which is totally not about you. Just continue doing your thing with as much integrity and love as possible."

On February 16, 2024, Ayesha was spotted at the Mumbai airport and looked unrecognizable. She was wearing a blue-coloured printed kurta paired with matching-hued palazzo pants and a dupatta. She was seen posing with her Mikail and a friend at the Mumbai airport. However, as soon as her glimpses surfaced on social media, netizens started reacting to her changed face, and dropped many comments.

Soon, netizens, who were shocked to see Ayesha's drastic change of look, could not resist comparing the actress with her before and after appearance. As per the netizens, it was her swollen cheeks and lips that completely shocked people. Well, the comparisons did not sit well with the actress either, and she stood up for herself. She had given a cryptic yet befitting response to the same. Taking to her IG handle, she shared a picture message which can be read as:

“You can be the ripest, juiciest peach in the world, and there’s still going to be somebody who hates peaches.”
