Television actor, Ayaz Khan is in seventh heaven as he embraced fatherhood with the arrival of his first child. Ayaz Khan and his wife, Jannat Khan, welcomed a baby girl, and their fans are eagerly waiting to get glimpses of their daughter. However, it seems like we have to wait for it. For those who don't know, it is a double celebration as Ayaz Khan's best friend, Karan Singh Grover and his wife, Bipasha Basu are also parents to a baby girl.
Ayaz Khan, who rose to fame with his acting stint in the popular television serial, Dill Mill Gayye, is the daddy of a baby girl. The actor's wife, Jannat delivered a baby girl in the morning of December 21, 2022. In an interview with The Times of India, Ayaz revealed how it felt to hold his baby girl in his arms. He said that it felt like he was holding someone else's baby in his arms.

Ayaz also added that it took time for him to sink in the feeling that he has become a father. The actor further stated that his daughter is adorable. He shared that he is not scared to cradle or hold her in his arms, and it is a beautiful feeling.
In the same interaction, Ayaz revealed that they had kept their daughter's name, Dua, which means prayer in English. The doting parents had agreed on the same name. He was quoted as saying:
"Both of us agreed on the name instantly. I have a ‘Jannat’ in my life, so, what better name than ‘Dua’ for our daughter. It’s apt."
On October 22, 2022, Ayaz Khan hosted a baby shower for his wife, Jannat, and Bipasha had shared adorable glimpses from the celebrations. Bipasha shared a video of the parents-to-be cutting a cake. In the next picture, we could see Ayaz and Karan kissing the baby bumps of their wives. It was a mesmerising moment. Bipasha looked gorgeous in a blue-coloured kaftan set.
Ayaz and Jannat had an arranged marriage in the year 2018. The couple had taken a mutual decision to spend their first few years in knowing each other and developing the bond and their friendship. However, the pandemic took two years of their life, and they made sure not to plan a baby in the midst of it. In an interview with The Times of India, Ayaz had revealed that just a day before they got to know about Jannat's pregnancy, they were thinking of taking leave for vacation.
