Recently, a netizen shared an old video of the duo on Reddit, which apparently raised many eyebrows. In the video, Arpita Khan and Aayush Sharma were seen posing for the paps as they arrived for the latter's film, Loveyaatri's promotions. Dressed in a printed suit, Arpita opted for a half-tied hairdo. On the other hand, Aayush kept it casual in a red-hued t-shirt and blue jeans. During the photo-op session, Aayush pulled his wife's cheek cutely, which left the latter annoyed. Arpita immediately brushed off her husband's hand and acted visibly irked. Sharing the video, the user penned:
"Came across this video from Loveyaatri promotions. Is it disrespectful for Ayush to pinch Arpita’s cheek? Or is it fun banter between husband and wife? Arpita looks visibly annoyed."

Soon after the video was shared on Reddit, netizens were apparently unhappy with Arpita Khan Sharma's rude behaviour towards her husband, Aayush Sharma. Reacting to the video, one user commented, "Husbands and wives fight like cats and dogs sometimes, this is just banter." Another user wrote, "Have heard Arpita was a massive bully in her college." In an interview with the Bombay Times, Aayush Sharma talked about the constant trolling faced by him. The actor, who got married to Salman Khan’s sister, Arpita Khan, often becomes the victim of social media trolling. Talking about the same, Aayush revealed that his wife, Arpita doesn’t get affected by the trolls as she is used to showbiz, while he finds it hard to digest. Aayush added:
“Arpita is a very strong, confident woman, and it is amazing to have her as a partner. She accepts who she is. This constant trolling hasn’t affected us because she’s seen this side of showbiz, while I was new to it. What hurt me the most was that the trolls came up with a theory that I married her for money and to become an actor. I loved Arpita and so I married her! The good thing is that she knew it, I knew it, and our families knew it.”

For the unversed, Arpita Khan and Aayush Sharma got married on November 18, 2014, after dating each other for some years. The couple hopped onto their parenthood journey with the arrival of their first child, Ahil Sharma, who was born on March 30, 2016. Later, it was on December 27, 2019, when Aayush and his wife, Arpita welcomed their second baby, a gorgeous princess, Ayat, into their family.
