In a video that has been trending on the internet, we can see Karan directly asking Kangana whether she had done any plastic surgery. When Kangana asked her to be precise, Anil Kapoor interrupted and asked her if she had done Botox or anything.

Kangana looked surprised and said she didn't have to as she was young and she came from the North, where everyone is blessed with a great body. Further in the segment, Anil Kapoor ended up revealing Shilpa Shetty's lip surgery story. Anil Kapoor revealed that he didn't like how Shilpa added collagen to her lips and it turned big. He was quoted as saying:
"Yeh lips pe kya karte hai. I didn't like the way Shilpa done her lips, when she was shooting Badhai Ho Badhai. They became bigger and I was like you shot for a film and suddenly the continuity gone. Itne bade bade lips hogye the."
However, not many know that Anil Kapoor, who is known for his jhaakas attitude has revealed that he would leave his wife, Sunita Kapoor for Kangana Ranaut. It all happened when Karan asked Anil Kapoor one actress, he would leave his wife for. Anil without missing a beat took Kangana's name. He was quoted as saying:
"Kangana Ranaut. Yeah, she is lookin so."
As soon as the video was uploaded on Reddit, netizens expressed their anger at Anil Kapoor. One user called Anil Kapoor 'creepy'. Another asked him to look at his nieces and how they have used synthetic ways to look beautiful. One netizen also commented on how Sonam Kapoor got breast implants, and wrote, "What about the boob job his daughter got? Her PR brushed it under the rug so fucking well!'

Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor's love brewed with a prank call. It all started when a friend of Anil gave Sunita his number to prank call him. Anil had shared that he had fallen in love with Sunita's voice and had instantly fallen in love with her when they had met at a party. He had said:
"A friend of mine gave Sunita my number to prank call me––that’s when I first spoke to her and fell in love with her voice! Soon after, we met at a party, there was just something about her. We started talking and became friends. We used to discuss this other girl I liked - you know, if I like her or she likes me?
