Ananya Panday began her career with Karan Johar's film, Student Of The Year 2 in 2019. Since then, she has worked non-stop and delivered one after the other hit films. Thus, with so much of her work experience, she could easily craft a niche for herself and make assets of her own. Now, we got an insight into her first home in Mumbai, which was designed by her close friend, Suhana Khan's mother and ace designer, Gauri Khan. Talking about Gauri's architectural skills, she has previously designed homes for several eminent celebrities.
Recently, Ananya Panday opened the doors of her first home in Mumbai in a conversation with Architectural Digest. In a video from the same, she took us inside her home from a pastel pink-hued entrance, giving proper 'girly' vibes in her terms. The 1000-square-foot apartment then has a narrow corridor to take us inside her home. While showing off her house, Ananya also delved into some thoughts of her. For instance, once she revealed how she wanted to do everything on her own in her home and shared:
“It seems so silly and small, but I wanted to buy my own cutlery and host people a certain way.”

After entering Ananya's living room, we see an array of objects in pastel theme. From beige-hued wallpapers, white furnitures, to many more seemed to have filled the airy room. Moreover, Ananya's living room featured green plants, adding a sense of freshness to her room. The place opens to a small balcony, where again, she has placed two couches along with a wooden coffee table. The entire place was simply illuminated with the long windows and light-coloured curtains.
The living area is attached to a cosy dining place, which featured a round table along with muted European-styled chairs. The place also has plenty of sunlight, but to add a charm to it, a unique chandelier is hung over there. Talking about her long-stretched living cum dining area, Ananya revealed:
“I wanted people to walk in and be like, we imagined your house to be exactly like this; an extension of my personality."
Opposite Ananya's living area is her favourite spot, where according to her, she can spend long hours. This place featured a large window as well as a panelled wall mirror. Moreover, it has a TV cabinet filled with books, which are collected solely by her as she is a big bookworm. Now, talking about the place, Ananya added:
“I can sit in this exact spot for hours. I don't even realize how time passes, because this window is always open and the breeze comes in and there's lots of natural light, and then there's, like, this glass outside, and the sunlight creates these rainbows in the afternoon. I think it's really cute.”

Then, as the video progressed, Ananya took us through another lane decorated with fluted pink walls. On one side, we walked inside her cute kitchen, wherein she was also heard explaining how she had recently developed an interest in baking. Her kitchen is although small in size but is well-equipped with all the required amenities. It has baby blue shelves and white countertops, and everything pretty.
Finally, at the end of her video, Ananya walked through the corridor, wherein we can spot two doors, one opening to her bedroom reportedly. Through another one, we got inside her lavishly decorated closet space. This place featured an open closet as Ananya mentioned that in her daddy, Chunky Pandey's home, she had closed shelves, which somehow she didn't like. Now, her makeup area also featured a huge mirror with a dressing table, a shelf where she kept her awards and memorabilia, and another small place to display all her shoes.
