Indian weddings never miss an opportunity to steal the hearts of millions of people with their extravagant decor, fantastic cuisine, and, not to mention, exquisite choice of outfits. The wedding is one of the most significant occasions in both the bride and groom's lives. However, the bride is especially touched by the occasion since she makes the vows that will bind her new and existing relationships. While there is a lot of sentiment and memories associated with the bride's special day, they make sure to look absolutely stunning and beautiful while adorning the radiant glow and bleaming smile.
Each wedding has its charm, and each bride makes every effort to prepare for her once-in-a-lifetime event. Moreover, the brides set the standard with their unique collection of elegant wedding attire. While some brides still enjoy shining in the traditional laal shaadi ka joda, several modern brides are seen choosing pastel hues. Similarly, the bride of the week chose a pastel-coloured lehenga and looked stunning.
Over the years, we have witnessed numerous brides choose extravagant lehengas from well-known celebrity designers for their D-day. And the renowned designer, Anamika Khanna tops the list when it comes to bridal couture. The bride of the week, Ruhi Meman had opted for a subtle yet unique look for her wedding day. She had chosen a blush pink-coloured lehenga from Anamika Khanna bridal couture. The lehenga had featured intricate golden and silver floral embroidery along with zari, sequins and beads all over it. Ruhi had completed her look with matching choli and a dual dupatta that had a scalloped border and matching embroidery. Altogether, the bride looked drool-worthy.
Bride, Ruhi exuded royal princess vibes on her special day. Keeping her look simple yet classy, she had opted for a kundan choker necklace and paired it with a pair of matching earrings. To complete her look, the bride had opted for a unique kundan sheeshpatti, maang teeka, rings and white-coloured chooda. Ruhi's makeup artist, Shradha Luthra teamed her look with blushed and highlighted cheeks, nude lipstick, winged eyes, defined brows, golden brown eyeshadow, and a neat-bun hairdo adorned with flowers.
The bride, Ruhi had gone the unconventional way for her haldi ceremony. Rather than the usual yellow-colour, she had opted for a navy blue-coloured printed skirt paired with a similar printed V-neck choli for her haldi from Anita Dongre couture. The bride accessorised her look with flower jewellery, including a pair of delicate earrings, a maang teeka and haathphools. Dewy makeup and a high ponytail completed Ruhi's haldi look.
The then would-be bride, Ruhi had worn a grey-coloured lehenga from the shelves of designer, Rahul Mishra for her sangeet night. Her lehenga had featured intricate embroidery with multi-coloured thread work, along with zari and sequin work. She had paired it with a silver-coloured sequined work choli and a matching net dupatta featured with similar embroidered border.
Ruhi had completed her look with a layered-chain necklace, a pair of jumkaas, a bracelet and an elegnat maang teeka. For makeup, she had opted nude lips, blushed cheeks purple glittery eyeshadow and defined brows.
