The same happened when she revealed that her hubby, Ranbir Kapoor used to ask her to wipe off her lipstick whenever they went out. And yet the same happened again when fans dug out an old video of her and accused her of lying about her claims on her way of applying lipstick.

Yet in another video, Alia Bhatt could be seen saying that she considers it weird how she actually puts on her lipstick. The actress also could be seen taking the lipstick and moving her mouth across it instead of following the traditional method. Talking about the reason, Alia shared that it's Ranbir who likes her natural lip colour.

Following this, a user on the discussion platform, Reddit shared an old video, wherein Alia Bhatt could be seen following the traditional manner to apply her lipstick. Sharing the video, the user accused the actress of lying and put a caption which can be read as "Why is Alia lying about the way she puts on lipstick lol?" As soon as the video went online, netizens rushed to the comment section to drop their opinions on the comment section. While some users showed support for the actress, others started trolling her.
