The reason for her death is not yet revealed, and the Metro Jaya Police are investigating the same. However, amid her death, her musician boyfriend, Reza Oktovian, is leading the headlines as he cancelled his show hours before her death.
Reza Oktovian began his career as a YouTuber and established himself as a gamer. He is popular for playing games across various genres, including comedy, horror, and first-person shooters. Reza gained popularity for his YouTube channel auction in support of the Anyo Indonesia Foundation for children's cancer.
As Reza’s YouTube channel gained popularity, he became a huge sensation in Indonesian gaming content. Soon after gaining popularity on YouTube, Reza ventured into the music industry and co-founded the Indonesian electronic music band, Weird Genius. His band also gained widespread recognition for the viral EDM track, Lathi. In 2016, Reza was featured in the Forbes Indonesia 30 under 30 list.
It was in July 2025 that chatter about Lula Lahfah and Reza Oktovian’s relationship began circulating on social media. In one of Lula's posts, the influencer was seen having a romantic moment with Reza as he presented her with a ring, which instantly sparked engagement news.
Reza was scheduled perform with his band on January 23, 2026. However, Reza cancelled the gig at the last moment. The band, Weird Genius, announced the cancelled gig on their IG handle and said the "unfortunate news of one of our members” was the reason. In the official statement, the band also specified that the member was "not currently in a prime condition and shape to be on the stage.”
