Veer Pahariya slammed those who edited his reaction and claimed that he was pissed at Tara's closeness with AP Dhillon.
Veer Pahariya was trolled and mocked after a heavily edited video of him with his girlfriend, Tara Sutaria at AP Dhillon's concert surfaced. As per the clip, Veer Pahariya looked uncomfortable seeing his girlfriend, Tara, dance on stage with AP Dhillon. Soon, the internet was abuzz with the two's relationship, and they made a lot of assumptions and theories. After all the buzz, Veer finally reacted to all the false claims and narratives.
After many narratives were shared online, Tara Sutaria posted on Instagram and slammed those who spread the false narrative. In the same post, Veer also shared his side of the story, adding that his reaction footage was from another song and calling those trolls 'jokers'. He wrote:
"Not to mention the reaction footage of me was taken during another song not even Thodi si daru Jokers."
On December 29, 2025, Tara slammed those who spread false narratives about her and her relationship. She took to her Instagram handle and shared a clip from AP Dhillon's concert. She was seen enjoying herself on stage. Along with it, she penned a note stating how it was a proud moment for her, and they both were in it together. She also directly gave her statement on claims that she pushed AP Dhillon away or the kissing controversy. She wrote:
"Loud and proud and in it together!!! @apdhillon FAV!!! What a night! Thank you Mumbai for SO much love for our song and here’s to more music and memories together. P.S False narratives, “clever editing” and paid PR campaigns by folks won’t and don’t shake us up! In the end, love and the truth always wins. So the joke’s on the bullies."
Earlier, Tara Sutaria faced backlash for hurting Veer Pahariya with her on-screen presence at AP Dhillon's concert. Later, many pointed out that Tara pushed the singer away. Many netizens even noticed Tara saying 'no' to him as he tried to dance with her on stage. In the clip, Tara, who was present with her beau, Veer, joined AP Dhillon on stage. In a subtly black dress with soft curls, Tara showed her moves on stage.
Soon, netizens came in support of Tara Sutaria. One user wrote, "If you see Tara’s body language, she’s literally trying to push away AP whenever he comes close to her. People literally are either just plain stupid or just rage bait on this app." Another commented, "In the Tara Sutaria and Ap Dhillon video, she clearly said no when he came to kiss her on the cheek. Like, you can't say "No" aggressively on such a big stage, but she subtly did. People are making a huge deal out of nothing, really." A third user penned, "Everyone is blaming Tara Sutaria and no one is calling out this m* AP Dhillon who kissed someone's girlfriend on stage. In the last concert, he was also touching her inappropriately."
Earlier, Tara faced the internet heat over her moves on stage with AP Dhillon. One user wrote, "Classic double standard alert. The internet’s reactions really show how gender biases still run wild same behavior, completely different outrage depending on who’s involved." Another one penned, "Exactly. If Veer even looked at another girl, he’d be the villain of the year. Why is she getting a pass for being disrespectful?"
