The much-awaited film of Shanaya Kapoor and Adarsh Gourav, Tu Yaa Main finally hit the theatres on February 13, 2026, and is generating a lot of buzz on social media, as expected. It is worth mentioning that the film is an adaptation of 2018 film, The Pool. The recently released film, Tu Yaa Main revolves around two young characters, 'Avani Shah' (Shanaya Kapoor), a beautiful social media influencer and 'Maruti' (Adarsh Gourav), an aspiring rapper. Even though the two have very different worlds, they collaborate for a social-media project. Soon, this professional relationship turns into real romance as the two start falling for each other. However, things turn scary and deadly when they plan to go on a vacation together and get trapped with crocodiles. For those who do not know, the film is directed by Bejoy Nambiar and produced under the banner of Colour Yellow and Bhanushali Studios Limited.
Moments after the movie hit the silver screen, multiple users watched it and shared their reviews on X (formerly Twitter). Several users described the film as a fresh take on social media. For the unversed, Adarsh Gourav is a popular actor and singer. Reportedly, he is trained in Hindustani classical music for over nine years. It is worth mentioning that Adarsh has appeared in films like My Name Is Khan, Mom and more; however, he rose to fame with Ananya Panday's film, Kho Gaye Hum Kahan. A few days ago, Adarsh had shared that for his film, Tu Yaa Main, he had visited multiple underground rappers to understand his character more.
