This is because a company called Madison Square Entertainment Corp. is the original owner of the place.
Insiders have claimed that a per-night booking at Madison Square Garden costs up to USD 1 million. Sources have additionally stated that there are no other events planned at the venue for multiple days before Taylor and Travis’s wedding. The couple is reportedly planning to use this period to create something else for the marriage ceremony. As of this writing, it remains unknown how much Taylor and Travis have paid as rent at Madison Square Garden.

It has an underground parking that helps guests to enter and exit without the interference of the big crowds.
