The past few days, Quinton’s family went through a lot of emotional turmoil due to his severe health scare. For the unversed, Quinton is happily married to Margarita. She has been a pillar of strength for the Blind Side actor. Earlier, in several interviews, Quinton credited his wife for her immense support. According to her Threads bio, Margarita is a makeup artist who does makeup for events and weddings. She is widely known as the American actor, Quinton Aaron’s wife. As per her Insta bio, Margarita is a 'proud Latina' and a 'mom'. Margarita met her now-husband, Quinton, on TikTok and tied the knot in December 2024, according to Hello magazine.
In 2025, Quinton Aaron went through a drastic transformation and lost 200 lbs, which is approximately 90 kgs. At the time, in an interview with TMZ, Quinton credited his wife and revealed how she became his pillar of strength in the tough times. He highlighted that in 2008, he went into depression after his mother’s demise. It was Margarita who helped him to fight depression. He was quoted as saying:
"Mentally, physically, and emotionally, she has been my confidant and shelter through my storms. I truly believe God was blessing me with one of his Angels when he sent her to me. She's helped me get over my depression and so much more. She loves to tell people that she only does 5% and I do the other 95% but I believe she's much more important in my life than even she gives herself credit for."
Quinton Aaron also took to his Instagram handle in October 2025 and reflected on his weight loss journey. He shared that the last few years had been tough since COVID. He thanked his wife, Margarita, for the support. The note shared by him can be read as:
"Hey guys, it has definitely been a tough few years since COVID. Made new friends and lost old ones. However, last year when I married my #puertoriquena @margaritaleta75, I feel like God started smiling on me and I praise him for his grace and mercy and favour in my life."
Quinton Aaron is currently in a stable condition and is communicating with his family, his manager told TMZ. The manager shared that Quinton is receiving utmost care, and the doctors are still running tests and trying to determine the cause of the fall. Aaron was walking up stairs at his Atlanta home when his legs suddenly lost control and caused his fall, his manager told TMZ.
After Quinton fell in his home and was hospitalised, a GoFundMe fundraiser was set up. The campaign page stated that the actor was suffering from a blood infection. According to a report by The New York Post, the actor has spent the last three days at a hospital in Atlanta. The statement shared by the campaign page can be read as:
"Quinton is currently hospitalised and on life support due to a severe blood infection. This has been sudden, frightening, and overwhelming for his loved ones. As he fights for his life, his family is facing an immense emotional and financial burden - medical expenses, living costs and the uncertainty of how long this road to recovery may be."
