According to a report by TMZ, Hayden Panettiere's neighbors were once warned about Brian Hickerson and told to call 911 immediately if they saw him on the property. The news outlet even shared a poster featuring the real estate agent's photo, warning residents about Brian after a string of complaints about his alleged behavior. Now, in a conversation with the media house, Hayden's neighbor, Mia Terrazas, who lived one door down from the actress's West Hollywood condo, has reflected on the situation.
Mia Terrazas revealed that the HOA posted the warning at the end of August 2025, urging residents not to let Brian Hickerson into the building and to call cops if he was seen anywhere on the property. Mia revealed that the poster was placed after years of disturbances. According to the neighbor, Hayden Panettiere bought the condo after she moved from New York and said that she and Brian had been living there for the past two years.
In the same conversation, Mia Terrazas revealed that she was afraid of Brian Hickerson and believed he was extremely dangerous throughout the time he lived with Hayden Panettiere. It was later revealed that Brian was asleep in another room when his brother, Zach, entered their Airbnb in South Carolina on Sunday afternoon and found her unresponsive in an armchair.
Hayden Panettiere was in cardiac arrest, but the medical team was not able to resuscitate her, and she was pronounced dead. Police and the coroner's office are investigating the actress's sudden death, and the Drug Enforcement Administration is assisting the parallel death probes.
