A bride and her mother twinned in vibrant ensembles for her big day, and it is giving us major inspiration. Check it out!
For a girl, her wedding day is the most important day of her life. After all, it is the dawn of her new life in a new world with a whole new set of relationships. While she is excited to start her new life, a part of her heart breaks thinking about the relationships, which she is going to leave behind, especially her mother. She is the one, who not only brought her into this world but also taught her how to live life. And bidding her goodbye is the most difficult task for a girl!
No amount of words can ever describe a girl's feelings when she sees her mother before tying the knot. Over the years, we have seen many brides-to-be dedicating special songs to their mother to thank them. There are also times when we have seen them giving a dance performance with them. But for the first time, we saw a daughter-mother duo, who twinned on the wedding day!
Yes, meet our bride of the week, Shreya, who was seen twinning with her darling mommy in vibrant ensembles for her wedding day. The bride had opted for a gorgeous red lehenga, which comprises a beautiful choli with a lehenga skirt and double dupatta. Her look was finished off with a mathapatti, an oversized nose ring and a statement choker neckpiece. On the other hand, the bride's mother had opted for a similar style in a purple hue. Her lehenga also had a beautiful skirt with work embroidered all over it, a choli and a double dupatta. She had styled her look with a traditional borla, a layered neckpiece and a minimal nath.
This is not the first time when we had seen a bride twinning with her family member. Earlier, we had spotted a bride, Apeksha Shivnani, who had opted for ace designer, Sabyasachi Mukherjee's lehenga for her wedding day. The bride had fulfilled her dream and her sister's dream by opting for the ace designer's ensembles for the big day. For the big day, the bride had picked a beautiful crimson lehenga and it featured Sabyasachi's signature jaal embroidery work all over it. She had styled her ensemble with two dupattas.
But the highlight of the day was her sister, Annushka, who had picked an exactly similar lehenga from Sabyasachi's collection. She had donned a gorgeous orange-coloured lehenga with floral embroidery. She had accessorised her look with diamond jewels. Her look was completed with an open hairdo with soft curls.
Well, this bride definitely won our hearts by twinning with her mother! Isn't it a nice way to give your regard to your first fashionista, your mommy?
