Bradley Cooper is one of the actors who sparked plastic surgery speculation, and his fans kept asking him about his choice, stating that he has always been ever-dashing. In recent times, Cooper's public appearances have led his fans to wonder whether he has undergone cosmetic surgery. Mainly, his eyes became the center of discussion as people wondered if the actor had done blepharoplasty.
For the uninitiated, blepharoplasty is a cosmetic procedure that helps people get rid of their droopy eyes. Cooper has never confirmed any of these rumors; however, the conversation never really stopped. While some remained stuck on the idea that the actor might have done blepharoplasty, others believed that the actor might have gotten a facelift.
Cooper has been one of the most versatile figures in Hollywood, and as the assumptions and rumors started doing the rounds, people questioned his choice, even without knowing the full truth. As the conversation was intensifying, plastic surgeons weighed in and shared their opinions.
While some believed natural aging could have made him look slightly different, Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon Dr. John Diaz told the Daily Mail that he allegedly lacked volume below his eyelid and cheekbone, which caused hollowness and cast a shadow, leading him to make changes. According to the surgeon, this could also happen due to aging. According to the surgeon:
"There is also some descent of the tip of the nose, thinning of the lips, and loss of upper lip projection, which also all happens with aging.”
Even though there was no confirmation about Bradley Cooper opting for surgery, people kept up with their share of conversation and analysis regarding the actor's look in recent times, and it led him to react. Appearing on the SmartLess podcast in January 2026, with Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes, and Will Arnett, Bradley Cooper spent a few words talking about all the nonstop conversation about his appearances.
On the podcast, Will shared that, in another interview, he was asked to name one thing about Cooper that may not be widely known. Will said he wanted to point out that people believe Cooper had surgery, but in reality, he didn't. Will could be quoted as saying:
“I said, ‘Well, there’s a lot.' And then I was going to say, because we keep reading... everybody thinks that Bradley’s had plastic surgery. Everybody keeps saying that. I’m like, what people don’t know is that he hasn’t!”
Cooper, who was present, chimed in and said that, over the last few weeks, people came up to him and kept asking about his looks. While he didn't comment on his surgeries or the rumors, it was the first time he spoke about the constant chatter about his looks. He said:
“Some people came up to me the last couple of weeks. They’re like, ‘Oh, you look good!’”
