Add BollywoodShaadis on GoogleBillie Eilish is back in the headlines, this time not for her creativity but for a recent ad campaign. The nine-time Grammy winner appeared in a John Hardy jewelry campaign, and as soon as photos from the campaign hit social media, people started talking about the alleged changes they noticed.
Billie Eilish has always been open when she was asked about plastic surgery speculation, which is common in Hollywood and often comes up when a slight change can be noticed in a celebrity's appearance. It was just a few months ago when Billie shared her take on plastic surgery, while revealing whether or not she actually underwent the knife.
Back in May 2026, Billie Eilish spoke on Good Hang With Amy Poehler, and shared that she doesn't anticipate any facelifts or fillers in the future. Yes! Billie doesn't want to get any plastic surgery done, as she shared. The Wildflower singer revealed that she's always been excited to age. Sharing what her perspective was when she was 17, Billie said:
"I never thought I would not be a teenager. I remember when I was 17, I was like, ‘OK, I am the person I’ll be forever right now.’ And that’s not how it works, obviously.”
In the same interview, Billie Eilish said that she doesn't want to change her face or her body, and she genuinely is very excited to age. Eilish wants her kids to look at her face and see that their mom's face is just like them, thus, she doesn't want to get her face 'botched'. In Billie's own words:
"I am so excited to age, and I’m so excited for my face to age and my body to age and not change it. I want my kids to look at me and have my face look like their face and not be some botched version of whatever the f–k is going on out there right now.”
This is not the first time that Billie Eilish has spoken about the much-talked-about topic in Hollywood, plastic surgery. In 2021, speaking to The Guardian, the singer revealed that there's nothing wrong with getting plastic surgery done, and anyone can do whatever makes them happy.
However, what bothers the singer is that when a celebrity undergoes surgery, they continue to deny it, falsely suggesting that people can get similar results naturally if they try hard enough. Billie revealed that she becomes 'furious' with others setting such unrealistic and harmful expectations for young women and even boys.
Billie Eilish often wears baggy clothes, and for the same reason, people have always questioned her. In an interview with Elle, the singer revealed that she has had a toxic relationship with her body, and she also had eating issues.
Billie used to eat what she wanted to and throw a big shirt on herself, which would make her feel relieved, as she didn't want to appear weak and feminine. Back in 2019, during an interview with Vogue Australia, the singer revealed that she chooses to wear '800 size' bigger clothes because she doesn't want people to give that space to pass judgment about her body. According to Billie:
"Nobody can have an opinion because they haven’t seen what’s underneath. Nobody can be like, ‘she’s slim-thick,’ ‘she’s not slim-thick,’ ‘she’s got a flat a**,’ ‘she’s got a fat a**.’ No one can say any of that because they don’t know."
