Anne Hathaway is playing an important role in the upcoming film, The Odyssey, wherein she portrays the character of 'Penelope' who has been waiting to reunite with her husband, 'Odysseus' (played by Matt Damon) for 20 years. The actress credited her infinite love for her husband, Adam Shulman, which helped her to play the role.
Anne called herself the luckiest person on the planet Earth because she had met her soulmate, and they decided to get married and have a family. While talking to Justin Sylvester, Anne said:
"I am one of the luckiest people on the planet Earth. I met my soulmate, and we decided to get married and have a family."
Anne revealed that her co-star Damon also felt the same thing; his successful marriage with Luciana Barroso helped him. She added that they were both able to portray the characters deeply and that a person can wait this long.
Anne Hathaway is married to Adam Shulman, who is a jewellery designer. They have been together for the past fourteen years, as they got married in 2012. The couple is blessed with two sons, Jonathan, who is 10 years old, and Jack, who is six years old. Adam takes care of his wife, Anne, like the actual princess. She called her baby bump 'best accessory' of the night, given by her husband as they are expecting their third child.
As Anne Hathaway is super excited to welcome her third child, the actress recently revealed that it was an unplanned pregnancy. She was surprised to find out that she was pregnant again. She stated that they were shocked to get pregnant this way. She said:
"It’s amazing. We knew what we were doing. But we were so shocked it worked. We were so shocked it went this way, so we’re calling this one our buzzer-beater."
Anne often heaps praises on her husband and claims that he was always supportive of her in all her endeavors and her busy work schedules. She called herself the luckiest person to have met Adam.
On June 19, 2026, Anne took to her Instagram handle and shared the most adorable pregnancy announcement. In the clip, Anne moved into the camera frame with a gorgeous fireplace backdrop. She held her hands on her tummy, and one could not guess that she was concealing a baby bump.
However, when she lifted her hands away and showed her baby bump, the fans found out about her little miracle arriving soon. Anne blushed and walked out of the frame. It was by far the cutest pregnancy announcement. It was later revealed that some paparazzi had caught her in a personal moment with her baby bump visible, and they were all set to announce her pregnancy before she did; this was the reason she shared the pregnancy post.
