However, the buzz grew stronger when Ananya Panday had attended Ishaan Khatter's brother, Shahid Kapoor's birthday bash. The ex-couple had looked adorable together. However, soon after it, the news of their break up had made rounds on the internet.
For the unversed, Ishaan Khatter and Ananya Panday had called it quits after dating for three beautiful years. While they have not made any official confirmation about dating each other, they had often said in numerous interviews that their relationship status is not 'single'. It is reported that the couple had parted on a cordial note and are handling their separation maturely.

However, the once madly-in-love couple handled the situation, and instead of ignoring each other, they greeted each other. Ishaan and Ananya also spoke for a while and they left to meet their acquaintances.
It was in an interview with Bollywood Bubble, that Ananya had answered a fan question during a segment. When she was asked about her relationship status, she had tried dodging the question, but in the end, she had said that she is happy. During the same interview, when she was asked about her favourite co-star, she had quickly taken Ishaan's name.
