After Ranbir Confirms Dating Alia, Neetu Kapoor Leaves A Comment On Her Post, Is Mom 'Raazi'?

It seems that all is going pretty well in Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s love life. Yes, we would not call it an alleged relationship anymore after Ranbir’s confirmation that he is dating his Brahmastra co-actor, Alia Bhatt.

Ranbir Kapoor recently confirmed that he is dating Alia Bhatt during a GQ interview when he said, “It’s really new right now, and I don’t want to overspeak. It needs time to breathe and it needs space. As an actor, as a person, Alia is- what’s the right word- flowing right now. When I see her work, when I see her act, even in life, what she gives is something that I’m aspiring to for myself”.

And now it appears that there is family’s approval from Ranbir’s side. Yes, Ranbir’s mom and yesteryear actress, Neetu Kapoor commented on one of Alia’s latest Instagram posts. Yesterday, Alia shared a photo with her furry pet cat named Edward Bhatt, and Neetu Kapoor commented on it writing, ‘awww’ followed by a love-struck emoji. In response, Alia replied with tagging Neetu Kapoor along with a series of emoticons. Take a look:

After Ranbir’s confirmation of him dating Alia, and his mom Neetu Kapoor’s comment on Alia’s post, one thing is sure- that the speculations would solidify more from here, and fans are more than happy to rejoice on learning this.

For the uninitiated ones, Ranbir and Alia’s relationship rumours started doing rounds when their couple pictures surfaced online, post Ayan Mukerji’s film Brahmastra went on floors. And then, they walked hand-in-hand in Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and Anand S Ahuja’s reception which led to many believing that something is definitely brewing between Ranbir and Alia.

Post this appearance, Alia Bhatt on Aap Ki Adaalat was asked if she is dating Ranbir to which the Raazi actress wittily replied that she is not linked up with Ranveer Singh and started laughing. On being probed further that she is being asked about Ranbir and not Ranveer, she retorted, “You are absolutely right, we are more than friends... We are co-actors. We are working together in a beautiful film called 'Brahmastra' which will release next year”.

She further added, “When I read the rumours of my patch-up and break-ups, I find it very funny. The even more entertaining thing here is that the writers have a beginning, middle and an end to the stories also. They have sequels too!! I find these things very entertaining and funny”.

Recently, Ranbir, during the IIFA conference in Delhi, had commented on Alia’s huge crush on him and said, “Well, I have a boy crush on her now”. Karan Johar who was sitting with Ranbir went ‘awww’.

So, now that Ranbir has confirmed it, and his mom Neetu Kapoor left a comment on Alia’s Instagram post, could we all say ‘mom is Raazi?’ We can’t wait for Ranbir and Alia to go on-record and officially confirm their relationship.
