Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai looked like a match made in heaven as they arrived at Arjun Tendulkar and Saaniya Chandok's wedding.
Sachin Tendulkar and Anjali Tendulkar’s son, Arjun, got married to his long-time girlfriend, Saaniya Chandok, in South Mumbai. The celebrations have brought together the worlds of cricket and cinema, with close friends, former teammates and Bollywood stars gathering to bless the couple on their new journey.
Among the star-studded guests, Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan graced the venue with their presence. The couple looked like a match made in heaven as they posed for the paps holding hands. Aishwarya looked stunning in a powder-blue anarkali with delicate detailing and a matching dupatta. On the other hand, Abhishek complemented her in a classic black bandhgala paired with ivory trousers.
Though the official pictures are not out yet, an inside glimpse of Arjun and Saaniya’s varmala ritual is doing the rounds. In the video, the couple twinned in traditional red-toned outfits. While the clear glimpses have yet to surface, the bride looked stunning in a red-toned lehenga with all-over embroidery and embellishment.
Apart from Abhishek and Aishwarya, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan arrived twinning in ivory ensembles. The other guests included MS Dhoni, accompanied by his wife, Sakshi Dhoni. Veteran cricketers Rahul Dravid, Anil Kumble, Yuvraj Singh and Irfan Pathan were also spotted at the venue along with their respective spouses. On August 13, 2025, reports of Arjun Tendulkar's engagement to Saaniya Chandok surfaced online. The reports claim that it was a private affair. The ceremony was attended by close family and friends of the couple. According to media outlets, Arjun Tendulkar and Saaniya Chandok have been friends since childhood, and Saaniya is a good friend of Arjun’s sister, Sara Tendulkar.
The wedding festivities began with a grand puja ceremony at Jamnagar, Gujarat, the same venue where Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant exchanged vows two years ago. The ceremony was hosted by the Ambani family, including Mukesh Ambani, Nita Ambani, Akash Ambani, Shloka Mehta, Anant Ambani, and Radhika Merchant.
Arjun Tendulkar’s wife, Saaniya Chandok, is the granddaughter of Ravi Ghai, chairman of the Graviss Group. Her family is a leading name in the business sector. However, Saaniya has carved out her own name, as she is a certified veterinarian and has gained certification as a veterinary technician from the ABC program of the Worldwide Veterinary Service. Saaniya launched a luxury pet grooming and care brand, Mr Paws Pet Spa & Store LLP, in 2022. According to multiple reports, Saaniya Chandok’s estimated net worth is USD 100,000 to USD 500,000, which she earns from her pet care business.
