Though this news had broken the hearts of their fans, the duo had promised them that they would continue to keep working together, despite their separation. The duo had also shared that they would continue to share the parenting responsibilities of their son, Azad.

The ex-couple played table tennis with their son, Azad Rao Khan, weeks after announcing their divorce. The team of their upcoming film, Laal Singh Chaddha, was also seen playing in the latest pictures that have surfaced online.
Currently, Aamir Khan and the entire team of the film, Laal Singh Chaddha are filming for the Advait Chandan-directorial in Ladakh. In one of the pictures, we can also spot the actor, Naga Chaitanya, who is also a part of the film. In another video that went viral from Ladakh, Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao were seen watching a film with the entire team.

A few days back, Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao were seen dancing together in Ladakh. They were dressed in red-coloured traditional attire. While Aamir had worn a red outfit paired with a purple hat, Kiran had opted for a pink-coloured dress with a green hat.
To announce their divorce, Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao had issued a joint statement that could be read as "In these 15 beautiful years together we have shared a lifetime of experiences, joy and laughter, and our relationship has only grown in trust, respect and love. Now we would like to begin a new chapter in our lives - no longer as husband and wife, but as co-parents and family for each other."
