Recently, the actress sat for an interview with social media influencer, Prajakta Koli. Now, netizens wondered if the influencer had taken an indirect dig at the actress without even realising it.
A short clip from Parineeti Chopra's interview with Prajakta Koli was shared on the discussion platform, Reddit. In the video, Parineeti shared how amazing it had been to act in a film like Amar Singh Chamkila. Meanwhile, Prajakta walked down memory lane and heaped praises on the actress. The influencer stated that she had watched Parineet's first film with her parents, and they were awestruck by her performance. It made them wonder where the actress had been all these years and what took her so long to come into the industry.

Prajakta Koli further shared that she used to relate to Parineeti Chopra so much after watching her film and it made her feel good as whenever she used to watch movies of other actresses, she could not at all relate to them, as they were all 'stunning and gorgeous'. The influencer shared that after watching Parineeti in her film, Ishaqzaade, the former found herself in the same zone as the actress had served some 'girl next door vibes' in the movie, which is relatable.
As soon as the video surfaced online, netizens rushed to the comment section to drop their opinions. While some users wondered if Prajakta Koli indirectly said that Parineeti isn't stunning, others argued that the influencer meant the actress' character in the movie, Ishaqzaade. In the same interview, Parineeti Chopra and Prajakta Koli stated that both of them don't like to be called 'bubbly'. While Prajakta mentioned that once when she was complimented with the term 'bubbly', she replied, 'I'm not soda', while Parineeti reacted to a similar compliment as 'I'm not a champagne'.
