Parineeti Chopra is currently beaming with unwavering love and appreciation over her current release, Amar Singh Chamkila, co-starring Diljit Dosanjh. The diva has worked incredibly hard for her role in the film and has enthralled everyone with her exemplary performance. Moreover, she has also added another feather to her cap of achievements by following her passion for music. Well, Parineeti has not only ventured into live performances, but she even got a massive playback opportunity for her new film, where she recreated the original songs sung by Amarjot Kaur. In her personal life, she is happily married to Raghav Chadha.
In a recent interaction with Bollywood Hungama, Parineeti Chopra opened up about anecdotes from her marital life. The diva revealed how it is now that she has started to take an interest in her hubby, Raghav Chadha’s profession as a politician. Moreover, she relayed the one complaint she has against him, and remarked that her hubby has absolutely no interest in her world of entertainment. She said:
“Ab toh karna padta hai. But my complaint is that he doesn’t follow entertainment. God only knows. And only he knows. I have to cue him. He knows nothing about films. He knows a little about music, but he won’t know if it’s my film song. So, I have to continuously nudge him, just pretend like you know. So it’s sweet. But the best thing is that I actually don’t know anything about politics, he doesn’t know anything about entertainment, so our conversations are about life. That’s perfect for me.”

Speaking along the same lines, Parineeti then moved forward in the conversation and recalled a time when she didn’t have any clue about her then-beau, Raghav Chadha and his field of work. She remarked how she had no answers to give to people back then, when they asked her about his work. Moreover, Parineeti contrasted it with the current times and confessed she is proud of her hubby to have achieved so much at such a young age. In her words:
“I had no idea of who he was, what he was. But now that I know him and his work, who he is and what he does, he’s one of the most impressive people. To be the youngest Member of Parliament. At 35, be part of this party and do the work he’s doing. I feel like, ‘How do you do it? You’re just a baby! How’s this happening?”
In the concluding segment of the interaction, Parineeti Chopra talked about her choice of finding herself a life partner from a completely different professional background. The actress instead remarked that she was happy and more than satisfied, and claimed that if she were to get married to somebody from the same field, she would have gone mad. Parineeti expressed:
“So it’s nice to be married to someone who’s not from the industry. I’m too much of a Sufi soul. I have a life outside of the film industry. So if my husband had also been from this industry, I’d have gone mad. He’s made my life even more normal. I always want normalcy, and he’s made my life even more normal. So I’m married to the most wonderful man.”

Back during his interaction at the ICC Young Leaders Forum, Raghav Chadha made an unmissable revelation about his marriage, as he revealed the way in which he resolves fights with his wifey, Parineeti Chopra. The young politician remarked how from the very first day, he was made aware that the wife is always right no matter what. Therefore, going by such a rule, they tend to not have any disagreements.
