Bollywood actress, Tamannaah Bhatia is dating actor, Vijay Varma. The gorgeousness, who always kept her personal life away from the media glare, talking about her beau, and how he is her 'happy place'. The couple will be seen together for the first time in the upcoming film, Lust Stories 2. Tamannaah, who has always been open about not doing intimate scenes on camera, broke her rule with Vijay Varma for their film.
Talking to Anupama Chopra for Film Companion, Tamannaah shared why she broke her 18-year-old no-kissing policy for Lust Stories 2. She talked about her frame of mind eighteen years ago when she decided not to get intimate on-screen. She revealed that as an audience she felt uncomfortable and was like, 'main yeh kabhi nahi karungi.' Tamannaah was quoted as saying:
"I really wanted to work with Sujoy and I’m really happy that he thought of me for this part especially because I have done literally no intimacy in my career or very little intimacy in my career. I was that audience that would get awkward and I was that audience that was like ‘main ye kabhi nahi karungi, main kabhi nahi kiss karungi on screen.' I was that person, for me it was an evolution to get out of that framework."

Tamannah further explained that she is not trying to be famous for being bold after eighteen years in the film industry. It is just that India is vast, and a lot of evolution has happened, and it was purely for creativity.
In a video uploaded by Netflix India on their YouTube channel, Tamannah was left shocked when she read the script and realised it has 'kissing scenes' and more than just kissing. She suggested replacing the kiss with holding hands or passionate hugs. However, she said 'yes' the moment she learned that it was Vijay Varma, who was going to be her co-star.
Earlier, in an interaction with Anupama Chopra, Tamannaah confessed to being romantically involved with Vijay Varma. She accepted that their relationship started while shooting for their film, Lust Stories 2. Tamannaah also confessed that Vijay is the one with whom she bonded organically. He is the person she deeply cares about and is her happy place.
