Sushmita Sen started her second innings in acting with her digital debut in Aarya and is basking in the appreciations and praises of playing such a complex character with perfection. Once, in an interview with Anupama Chopra, Sushmita had spilt beans on how it had all started for her and her beau, Rohman Shawl. She had said, "It was serendipity. I don't check my DMs, I never opened direct messages. I was upset because someone had broken a glass and I just started scrolling through my phone and suddenly I saw I have opened a direct message and there he was. A beautiful man holding a guitar and saying the most lovely things. He was very honestly and unapologetically telling me something. And I responded to him and that's how it started."
Sushmita Sen engaged in a live chat on her IG handle on Wednesday late night, and her fans got a sweet surprise, when her boyfriend, Rohman Shawl sang a song for them. During the live chat, it so happened that Sushmita and one of the fans kept pestering each other to sing the iconic song, 'Bade Ache lagte hain', but it was Sushmita's beau, who stole the show, by barging in and singing for them briefly. Also, in a fun antic, when one of the fans appreciated Sushmita, her daughter, Renee and Alisah, and her boyfriend, Rohman can be heard saying, "Thank you" in the background. This is not the first time Rohman has showcased his love for his bae publically. On June 20, 2020, Sushmita had re-shared a video on her IG handle posted by her boyfriend, Rohman on his Instagram handle. In the video, Rohman could be seen playing the guitar and singing for his lady love along with her daughters, Renee and Alisah. I would keep asking him, 'So, how old are you? You look so young.' And he'd be like, 'You guess!' Later I realised how young he was as to why he didn't want to get that in the way of this conversation. So yeah, we did not really choose this, it was chosen for us."
