Bigg Boss 16 fame, Sreejita De has been living the most beautiful phase of her life along with her darling husband, Michael Blohm-Pape. For the unversed, they were engaged for almost two years, before they finally tied the knot on July 1, 2023, in a white Christian wedding in Germany. Afterwards, they registered their marriage in a court wedding on June 30, 2023. Now, Sreejita and Michael are planning a Bengali-style wedding and in a recent conversation, she revealed many deets about the same.
In an interview with ETimes TV, Sreejita De opened up about her Bengali wedding with her husband, Michael Blohm-Pape. She revealed that her Bengali wedding was initially planned for November 2023, but it has now been postponed to February 2024 due to her work commitments. Sreejita also mentioned the couple's plans to have the wedding in Goa and shared:
"I was in talks for a show and for that I was committed till almost February next year. Hence, we had to postpone the Indian wedding as it was not possible to get married in November. We are planning to do it early next year. We plan to get married by February end as the climate is good till then in Goa otherwise it gets too hot after that."

In the same conversation, Sreejita was asked about her Bengali-style wedding preparations. To this, the actress mentioned that she is extremely busy with her work commitments. Thus, she and her husband couldn't make all such decisions regarding their Bengali-style wedding. However, she has thought of finalising a location in Goa to exchange vows once again in an open-air setup. Talking about the same, she said:
"Honestly, we haven’t started preparations now as I’m busy with work commitments. Michael and I were discussing the same a couple days ago. The main thing we are currently looking at is booking a place, the location where the wedding will take place and where the guests will stay. I have this wish in my mind to get married near the beach or have a beach wedding and an open air wedding."
She further opened up about her wedding guest list and revealed that she wants everyone present over there to wear colour-coordinated outfits. However, Sreejita mentioned that her Bengali wedding would be intimate amid her close ones from Mumbai and relatives. She concluded:
"The main is location once we lock it then my mom will finalise all the sarees because she is the expert. We want everyone to be colour coordinated and mom knows where we get the best sarees in Kolkata. I don’t have a huge list. It is going to be an intimate wedding with only close people. I have around 10-12 special people from Mumbai who will attend the functions. And family members from Kolkata will attend. It will be like our German wedding."

Taking to her IG handle on July 7, 2023, Sreejita De dropped some stunning glimpses with her husband, Michael Blohm-Pape from their court wedding, that happened earlier on June 30, 2023. For their special day, Sreejita looked glamorous in a pastel pink-hued satin slip dress paired with a half-tied hairdo with loose wavy curls. She teamed her look with glam makeup, including blushed cheeks, glittery eyes, winged eyeliner and pink lipstick. Along with this, a diamond necklace and matching earrings accentuated her look. On the other hand, Michael looked handsome in a beige-hued three-piece suit teamed with a white shirt and pastel-pink tie. In one of the pictures, Sreejita and Michael were also seen engaged in a passionate kiss. Sharing the pictures, in the collaborative post, they wrote:
