Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar hopped onto their parenthood journey last week. The actress had an emergency C-section on June 21, 2023. Currently, the family is going through mixed feelings as their baby boy is in NICU as he is a premature baby. For the unversed, Dipika's delivery was nothing less than a filmy scene as she was admitted to the hospital after the birthday dinner of her husband, Shoaib Ibrahim.
On June 26, 2023, Shoaib took to his Instagram handle and shared an adorable picture with his wife, Dipika Kakar from the hospital. In the picture, Dipika was resting on the hospital bed, and the actor was holding her hand. It was a cutesy moment as the doting parents marked the start of their parenthood journey. Along with it, Shoaib wrote:
"21-06-2023 and The parenthood journey begins."

In his latest Vlog, Shoaib Ibrahim talked about seeing his son in the NICU. He shared that for the first 24 hours, he didn't even have the courage to see him inside the NICU. However, it was the doctors who told Shoaib to meet the baby and give him the 'touch'. Further in the Vlog, Shoaib and Dipika called meeting their son their 'energy booster', which is keeping them going in this difficult phase.

In the same Vlog, Dipika and Shoaib revealed the emergency C-section delivery story. Dipika shared that they were back at their home after having dinner when she started feeling the pain. At 3 in the night, Shoaib called the doctor, and she called the duo to the hospital. The new parents further revealed that Dipika's hospital didn't have a NICU facility, and they gave them the option that the baby could be taken to another hospital after the delivery. But Shoaib and Dipika didn't like the suggestion, and they changed their hospital.
On June 21, 2023, Shoaib took to his Instagram handle and shared his baby's arrival announcement. The actor revealed in his note that his wife, Dipika delivered their first child early morning. However, their baby boy came much before the actual delivery date. Shoaib further added that everything was good and there is no need to worry.
