Just like all other seasons, Bigg Boss 14 is also making its way to the headlines every week, courtesy to fights and controversies. Interestingly, what's different this season is, not only current contestants are in the news, but evicted and even contestants of previous seasons as well, are grabbing the media attention. Punjabi singer and actress, Sara Gurpal had entered the show with her single relationship status. In a rather shocking revelation, her husband, Punjabi singer, Tushar Kumar had claimed that the two had gotten married in 2014, and she was lying about her marital status. He had also shared some pictures as proof of their marriage and the photo of the marriage certificate, in which, Sara Gurpal's name was mentioned as Rachna Devi.
Sara Gurpal was the first contestant to be evicted from the Bigg Boss 14 house. In an interview with the IANS, she talked about her marriage with Tushar Kumar and claimed it to be abusive. She questioned Tushar that why did he speak about the marriage when she had entered the Bigg Boss house and not anytime before that. She was quoted as saying, "I think he himself said it, stating that we have been separated for almost four to five years now. It was a really abusive relationship, and I think every girl has the right to move on, from something which is not (healthy)." She further stated, "Where was he for four years? The moment 'Bigg Boss' began, he started talking. He is the least important person in my life. If he was that important, he would have been there in my life."
FYI, Tushar Kumar had claimed that Sara Gurpal had tied the knot with him for the green card. Talking about the same, Sara said, "The day I went in (to the Big Boss house) he was ready with this! For what reason? He just wanted fame. I don't care about it and that is why he was everywhere. He is the least important for me. There will be a thousand people saying a thousand things." As per the reports on ABP Live, Tushar and Sara had tied the knot on August 16, 2014, in Jalandhar. Another twist had come in the story a few days back when Eijaz Khan had confessed his liking towards Sara. In a conversation with the Times Now, Sara's husband, Tushar had reacted on the same and had said, "I think we are over it now. I have no feelings left for her. We are done and we have both moved on. I hope she is going to find somebody but whoever she finds like, she shouldn't take it for like fame or anything. She should find a guy who's good from inside and she should not like people for fame and what fame is going to do to her."
Tushar had further shared that Sara wasn't getting any work when they were in America, and it had made her upset. He had sent her back to India so that she could work, and she had promised that she would come back to America later. He had then stated that after Sara had started getting work in India, she had chosen fame over her personal life.
