Although many netizens were hailing the actress for such a lip shade, a few tried to troll her. However, Swastika responded sassily to those Instagram users, and her reaction is simply unmissable.
Taking to her IG handle on August 3, 2023, Swastika Mukherjee dropped stunning photos of herself flaunting her experiments with a green lip shade. The pictures were clicked inside an auto, and the actress looked gorgeous as always in a green tiger-printed co-ord set. She paired her look with a messy bun hairdo, kohl-rimmed eyes and green lipstick. Sharing the pictures, she penned:
“Because -I am never going to get a Uber ride, they are never available. I love repeating my clothes and I wear till they tear. I have all the colours of the world when it comes to lipsticks and here I start wearing them in my daily life. I love auto rides. I am loving the greys.”

As soon as Swastika posted the pictures on her Instagram handle, many netizens praised the actor for her confidence and choices. They lauded the actress for opting for such a bold lip colour. While one user wrote, "Lovely. I love that lip colour. So you... rare and different", another netizen penned, "Love the lipstick color and how you're pulling it off.. However, some netizens also questioned Swastika's choice of green lips. But Swastika too, didn't miss the opportunity to take a firm stand for her choices. When one Instagram user asked, "Y this colour of lipstick”, the actress too quickly answered to it sassily. Another user wrote, "Sister I am scared but you are my favourite always."
