Kriti Sanon had made her Bollywood debut in the film, Heropanti for which the actress had bagged the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut. With films like, Dilwale, Bareilly Ki Barfi, Luka Chuppi, Houseful 4 and many more to credit, Kriti is among one of the top-notched actresses of Bollywood. And now, it is her baby sister, Nupur Sanon, who is following her footsteps. Nupur, who has made her debut in the music video, Filhall opposite actor, Akshay Kumar has been carving her space in the glamour world. Kriti and Nupur share a warm bond with each other and the two often share adorable pictures with each other on their social media handles.
On July 27, 2020, Kriti Sanon turned a year older and it is her sister, Nupur Sanon, who has wished her in the most adorable manner. Nupur took to her Instagram stories and shared a picture of Kriti kissing Nupur on her cheek with her arms around her. Along with the picture, Kriti wrote, “Happiest birthday my love, my life, my everything! You only and only deserve the best things in life… the nicest things! You are the MOST beautiful soul I know” followed by a heart emoticon.
On December 17, 2019, Nupur had turned a year older and her sister, Kriti had taken to her Instagram handle and had posted a video with some throwback pictures. Along with the video, she had written a heartfelt note which could be read as “Happiest birthday Nupsuuu!!! @nupursanon You i love you beyond words.. you’re my friend, my favorite entertainer, my buddy, my bro, my child and sometimes i-can-judge-people-better kinda mummy too! i’ll always be protective about u no matter how grown up u become!! While the entire country is maintaining social distancing and staying at home, the Sanon sisters were making most of their family time which they otherwise don’t get because of their demanding careers. Giving a glimpse of their quarantine diaries, Kriti Sanon had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared adorable pictures with sister, Nupur Sanon. In the pictures, the two were seen making funny faces while posing to the camera lens. Along with the pictures, Kriti had written, “Squishy Mushy Quarantine!”
In an interview with the Times of India, Nupur had talked about being addressed as Kriti’s sister and how she wants to carve a space for herself without her sister’s reference. Talking about the same, Nupur had revealed that Kriti has never helped her to make her entry in Bollywood. She had stated that the word nepotism doesn’t fit in her case as her sister, Kriti has never referred her to anyone and didn’t even ask anyone to get work for her. She had also stated that since Kriti is there in the industry for quite some time and it is because of her that she is aware of a lot of things in the industry. She had also shared the one quality she has learned from her sister is to stay original without blindly following any trend.
