Neetu Kapoor Grooves On Hubby, Rishi Kapoor's Famous Song, Recalls Dancing On This At Every Party

Neetu Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor have been the most talked-about couple in Tinseltown. Neetu had lost her life partner in 2020, but the couple shares an immortal love for each other, which is beyond words. Late actor Rishi Kapoor’s demise has left a deep void in the Hindi film industry, especially in the Kapoor family. This year on April 14, 2022, the Kapoor family had extended as Alia Bhatt had married his son, Ranbir Kapoor. Among all these, Neetu Kapoor’s will to choose happiness every day has been an inspiration to many.

In previous interviews, Neetu Kapoor had revealed she was seeing a psychiatrist to deal with the loss of her husband, Rishi Kapoor. However, over time, the actress has only come out stronger. The Jug Jugg Jeeyo actress is often seen talking about the fond memories of her husband with a smile and reliving good old days. In a society where women become easy targets of taunts for restarting their lives after the death of their husbands, Neetu is far away from painting a ‘crying widow’ image, as she believes in living life to the fullest.

The bubbly actress had been struggling with major depression until she had decided to keep herself occupied with work. Neetu could be quoted as saying:

"This whole phase of going back to work has helped me get out of depression. Working on Jugjugg Jeeyo has been a cathartic experience. Apart from that I also did two reality shows which helped me come and interact with the audience. I am really enjoying my time."

Neetu Kapoor has set an example by not acting according to the standards set by society for wisdom women. In an interview with Film Companion, Neetu Kapoor had talked about dealing with trolls and had revealed that people had trolled her for celebrating her life after the death of her hubby, late Rishi Kapoor. She had mentioned that people had just wanted to see a crying window. In her words:

"I block the ones who troll me because you know thode hote hai beech mein ke 'husband marr gaya, ye enjoy kar rahi hai.' They want to see that crying widow type, there is some section of people but I just block them. I say this is the way I want to be, this is the way I will be, this the way I will heal. Koi log ro ro ke heal karte hai, koi log khush ho ke heal karte hai."
