The couple had gone through a lot from false rumours in the media regarding alimony to Samantha trying super hard to end fans' expectations regarding her relationship with Naga Chaitanya. But it seems like they have let bygones be bygones, and decided to share a cordial relationship, at least for the sake of their furbaby.
On October 8, 2023, Naga Chaitanya took to his Instagram handle and posted a cutesy picture with his pet dog. In the photo, we can see his furbaby enjoying an early morning car ride. The view was excellent with the morning sun and green field. Alongside it, Naga Chaitanya wrote:

As soon as Naga Chaitanya shared a picture of his pet dog, netizens flooded the comments section. One user wrote, "Co-parenting Hash!!" Another wrote, "Hashhh with daddy now." One netizen also commented, "I think both r together now."
Rumours of Samantha and Chaitanya getting back on friendly terms made rounds after the actress unarchived her wedding pictures. Recently, a Reddit user shared screenshots of one of Samantha's posts for Naga for his birthday, which had vanished from the former's IG feed. Alongside it, the user had written:
"Are they back together?"
