Elvish Yadav and Manisha Rani are among the most popular Instagram influencers. They post engaging content on social media and never miss a chance to update their fans with minute updates from their personal lives. The duo's friendship began with their stint in Bigg Boss OTT 2. Moreover, their chemistry kept exciting their fans, and even once she had confessed her feelings for Elvish, which was later revealed as a prank.
Even after coming out from the show, Manisha Rani and Elvish Yadav maintained a good bond. However, now, it seems their friendship has seen some cracks as Manisha unfollowed him. Following this, in an interview with Telly Chakkar, Manisha revealed that she recently did a collaboration work with Elvish. However, he didn't give her due credit while uploading the video on social media. Instead of keeping the duo's photo on the cover of the collab video, Elvish put his picture with Akshay Kumar, which hurt her. Manisha said:
"Haan ye sach hai ki maine Elvish ko unfollow kiya lekin iska jo reason hai, wo ab hum aapko batate hai ki maine kyun usko unfollow kiya. To story ye hai ki Elvish ki ek friend hai jo ek film ka ye leke mere pass aye the, humein sath mein collab karna tha. Elvish ne collab kiya, maine aise bhi kiya lekin Elvish ne cover photo pe apna aur Akshay Kumar sir ka photo daal diya. Ek do ghante ke baad jab hum wo cover photo dekhe toh mujhe achcha nhi laga ki collab maine aur Elvish ne kiya tha, aur wo video hum dono ki profile mein show kar raha tha. Toh jab mera profile hai toh mera photo bhi aana chahiye kyunki hum aur Elvish dono kiye hai toh iss baat pe humne apne team ko bole ki hatane ke liye baat kijiye, aur hum dono ka photo rehna chahiye cover mein."

In the same conversation, Manisha explained that when she asked her team to contact Elvish's team, they were asked to wait until he returned home. Manisha also mentioned that even after she and her team waited for hours, there was no response from Elvish's side. Finally, when Elvish picked up the phone, he had behaved rudely with her team. Despite that, Manisha kept wondering if he would change the cover photo of the collab video the next day. However, when no such things happened, she unfollowed him. Manisha explained:
"Phir mere team nei Katariya se baat kiya, Katariya ne bole ki hum change karwa denge phir evening se night hogaya, Katariya ne bola ki abhi Elvish flight mein hai 11:30 baje wo ayega aur khudi change kar denge. Phir vaise karte karte 1 baaj gaya, phir meri team ne baat kiya toh phir Elvish direct phone leke bolta hai ki 'Kya problem hai bhai bataiye, abhi toh cover photo change nhi hoga. Manisha ko boliyega ki jab next time wo kabhi aesa kuch karegi toh apne family ke saath photo daal de.' Toh mujhe ye cheej ki bahut normal si baat hai, bahut common sense ki baat hai ki hum kabhi bhi Abhishek ke saath, Elvish ke saath koi bhi collab karenge toh aap Shahid Kapoor ke sath photo nhi daal denge. Kyunki aap jiske saath collab kiya, uske saath photo daliyega."
During their stay at the BB house, Elvish and Manisha had become quite close to one another. So much so that once Manisha even confessed her feelings for him. In one of the episodes of BB OTT 2, Manisha was heard telling the YouTuber that she liked him a lot. However, Manisha also mentioned that she only flirts with him because she knows he wouldn't flirt back. Later, when Manisha asked Elvish if he felt the same way, to which he didn't reply and laughed it off. Later, Manisha clarified to Elvish that their conversation was just a prank.

For quite some time, there have been dating rumours of Manisha and Tony Kakkar. It was since Tony appeared on Bigg Boss OTT 2's finale episode, and following this, the duo was even spotted together at a restaurant. Afterwards, Elvish once took to his YouTube channel and dropped a video featuring Manisha. In the video, he was heard asking Manisha whether she was dating singer, Tony Kakkar. To this, she gave a hilarious reply and flirtatiously mentioned that she couldn't even look at any other boy when he is there. Manisha stated:
"Apko lagta hai kya hum aapko chhod kar kisi aur ladka ki taraf aankh utha kar dekhenge? Nahi babu, aapko chhod ke hum kisi aur ki taraf dekh le toh zindagi ka last day hoga wo."
