They got hitched at the iconic 'A Little White Wedding Chapel' in Las Vegas. The duo exchanged vows shortly after the Billboard Music Awards, and they were joined by many of their celebrity friends. And just after a month of their Vegas wedding, the couple tied the knot in a lavish but private wedding in France on June 29, 2019. The couple has two daughters. Willa was born in 2020, and the second one was born in 2022, whose name is not known yet.

On September 3, 2023, reports of the couple, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner’s divorce after four years of marital bliss, emerged online. As per a TMZ report, Joe Jonas consulted two divorce lawyers in Los Angeles and will soon file for divorce from Sophie Turner. The reports state that the couple is going through ‘serious problems’ in their marriage.
Just two weeks before the reports of their potential divorce, Sophie Turner had uploaded a few pictures on her Instagram from a Jonas Brothers concert. In one of these photos, Sophie can be seen affectionately kissing her husband, Joe’s hand.
The divorce speculations emerged online when the 34-year-old singer, Joe Jonas, was spotted without his wedding ring in New York City. The fans were quick to notice the missing ring on Joe’s finger, and ever since then, there have been speculations about whether he will file for a divorce. But on September 3, 2023, he uploaded a post on his IG account, where he is seen with his ring on.
Sources who talked to TMZ mentioned that Joe has been caring for their two daughters for the last three months while on tour in the U.S. with his brothers. According to the Wall Street Journal, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have sold their Miami waterfront mansion for USD 15 million. The couple purchased the mansion in 2021.

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner briefly broke up before their 2019 Las Vegas wedding, as the latter once revealed to the Sunday Times. Sophie revealed that she was going through a rough patch as her whole adolescent life was spent in front of the camera due to her work commitments. She said that criticisms from the people made her very self-conscious and mentally unwell. She said:
“Having your adolescence being displayed in public, that’s something I really wish hadn’t happened. Being in the age of social media when that’s happening, I think I would be a much saner person if I hadn’t been documented from 13 — your most awkward, uncomfortable, unsure-of-yourself years. People commenting on it. I was too aware of my body at a young age. And it just kind of took over my mind, it was all I would think about.”
Sophie Turner further added that Joe Jonas then became a saviour of her life. She mentioned that the singer insisted that she should learn to love herself first before loving anyone else. She said:
“He was, like, ‘I can’t be with you until you love yourself, I can’t see you love me more than you love yourself.’ That was something, him doing that. I think he kind of saved my life, in a way.”
The actress also revealed in the same interview that they broke up for 24 hours. She mentioned that they got very nervous but eventually got back together. She said:
“It was the worst day of our lives. For a second, we both had cold feet, then 24 hours later we were both, like, ‘Never mind.’”
