The daughter of Boney Kapoor and the legendary actress, Sridevi, Janhvi made her debut in Bollywood back in 2018 with the movie, Dhadak. Soon after that, she went on to win the hearts of her fans with her acting skills in several other movies. Janhvi recently attended the 3-day-long pre-wedding soiree of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. One of her videos from Day 1 surfaced online, wherein she could be seen dancing with the Barbadian singer, Rihanna on the former's song, and it won many hearts. And now, Janhvi has opened up about her conversation with Rihanna.
Janvhi Kapoor recently graced the red carpet of the Screen and Style Icons Awards 2024 on March 18, 2024. For the day, she slipped into a sexy strappy golden-hued gown featuring a deep neckline and sequined bustier bodice. The dress came along with a flowy bottom, and Janhvi looked like a goddess in the attire. She finalised her look with a pair of stud earrings. Nude-based makeup and a high bun added stars to her look. However, after being called on the stage, Janhvi was asked about her conversation with Rihanna at the pre-wedding soiree of Anant and Radhika. To this, Janhvi mentioned that she had a lengthy conversation with the singer. Janhvi stated:
"Bohat actually lamba conversation tha and my zip won’t be able to sustain."

Earlier, a Reddit user shared a few screengrabs of Janvhi's chat with one of her fans, wherein she talked about her lengthy conversation with Rihanna. Although, the post got deleted later, as per the post, Rihanna heaped praises on Janhvi's style statement and told her that the actress was 'hot'. The post also mentioned that Rihanna mentioned that she would send some sassy outfits of her to Janhvi.

Earlier, in an interaction with News18, Janhvi Kapoor praised the Barbadian singer, Rihanna. The actress mentioned that dancing her heart out with Rihanna was a big moment for her. The actress also remarked that Rihanna is a 'goddess' but equally warm, chill, and normal. Mentioning that she had a blast with the singer, Janhvi added:
"It was definitely a moment for me because who isn’t a fan of Rihanna. She is literally a goddess but more than any of that she is so warm, she’s so normal, so chill and yeah, I had a blast.”
Taking to her IG handle, Janhvi Kapoor dropped a video from Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding soiree. In the video, we could see the diva dancing with the singer, as the former's movie, Dhadak's song, Zingaat, was played. While Rihanna looked gorgeous in a pink-hued outfit, Janhvi stunned in a golden-hued dress. Moreover, the duo could be seen acing the steps with their thumkas. In the video, we could also spot Radhika Merchant, who was jumping out of excitement. However, it was the adorable bond between Rihanna and Janhvi that won our hearts.
