Jab We Met director, Imtiaz has crafted the art of displaying romance on-screen in such a way that it looks no less than a poem to many. However, his real-life hasn't been like his movies, as Imtiaz Ali was married to Preety Ali for more than 10 years and had a daughter named, Ida Ali. The couple had decided to part their ways back in 2012. However, there were reports earlier this year, that the two are working together to repair the cracks again.
On November 3, 2020, Rockstar director, Imtiaz Ali took to his Instagram handle and shared five pictures from his trip to Antarctica with his daughter, Ida Ali and it will tickle your travel bone like never before. The first photo is of young Ida, lying on the white snow and posing for the camera with a cutesy smile, in the second picture, we can see the dapper daddy flashing a smile for the lens. The third one is a photo of two giant icebergs, which looked nothing less than a castle of dreams, while the fourth one is an over the shoulder click of the filmmaker, and the fifth one warms our heart with the cuteness of this adorable father-daughter duo. Along with the pictures, Imtiaz wrote, "#throwback1jan2020, thanking the universe for taking us as far as we could go on the first day of this year!!!" in the caption. Take a look:

However, if we go by the rumours, it is said that he is dating someone else after 6 years of parting ways with his estranged wife, Preety. There are reports that Imtiaz has found love in MasterChef Australia season 6 contestant, Sarah Todd. Sarah is a celebrity chef, a restaurateur and a cookbook author, and she knows Imtiaz for quite a while now. On November 1, 2020, he had shared a set of pictures from his visit to Argentina with his daughter, Ida Ali and that had spoken volumes about their strong bond.
