From Jr NTR, Sai Tej Dharam, Sampath Nandi, Aadi Saikumar, and Ram Charan to Allu Arjun, Venkatesh Daggubati, and many others reacted to the news with a heavy heart on their respective X (Twitter) handles.
Out of all the tweets, it was legendary actor, Chiranjeevi's tweet that caught everyone's attention as he mentioned how it was a personal loss for him. Calling him 'Garu', Chiranjeevi shared how he and Chandra Mohan had a beautiful family-like bond in his tweet. Not only this, Chiranjeevi also admitted that Chandra Mohan's contribution to cinema will never be forgotten. An excerpt from his long tweet could be read as:
"Our first acquaintance on that occasion turned into a good friendship and an even greater bond. It is a personal loss for me to no longer be close to him. May his soul rest in peace, my deepest condolences to his family and fans."
Chandra Mohan has worked in a series of films, but some movies have shaped his career. It was back in 1966 when Chandra Mohan made his acting debut in Telugu cinema with the film, Rangula Ratnam. The actor received the prestigious Nandi Award for Best Actor for performing in his debut film, Rangula Ratnam. Another notable film of his career is Padaharella Vayasu. This film made him win the Filmfare Best Actor Award (Telugu) but also solidified his status as a powerhouse performer.
In the same year, Chandra Mohan proved the mettle of his versatility with her acting in the film, Siri Siri Muvva, which also garnered him critical acclaim. Apart from these, movies like Sankarabharanam, Radhakalyanam and Nakoo Pellam Khali made him one of the most celebrated Telugu actors ever.

However, if the reports are to be believed, Chandra Mohan has left behind an estimated wealth of Rs. 300 crores for his wife and daughters. According to multiple reports, it was back in 2017 when several media outlets reported that Chandra Mohan had a net asset value of Rs. 300 crores.
It was also reported that Chandra Mohan was in close contact with late actor, Sobhan Babu, and the latter guided him financially. After doing a series of financial investments from Sobhan Babu's guidance, Chandra Mohan managed to take his net worth to an estimated sum of Rs. 300 crores.
