Priya Malik, who rose to widespread fame with her stint in Bigg Boss 9, is now a mother, the diva tied the knot with the man of her dreams, Karan Bakshi, in an intimate wedding ceremony back in 2022 and fast forward to 2024 when the couple announced their pregnancy. On March 24, 2024, during the auspicious occasion of Holi, the couple welcomed their little bundle of joy into the world, and now they took to Instagram to share their son's unique name with the world.
In this digital world, most people opt for social media platforms to share the good news with their well-wishers. Taking the same route, Priya Malik, in a collaborative post with her husband, Karan Bakshi, shared a cutesy video announcing the name of their newborn son. Revealing her son's name, Priya and Karan penned:
"Welcoming our world into this world, Baby Zorawar!"

The video featured a stop-motion animation clip where the couple was seated on a white bench amid the greenery, accompanied by their two pet cats. Gradually, the baby arrives in the frame, and the couple break into the biggest smile as they embrace the little munchkin. The video ends with a message quoting:
“Priya aur Karan sang Zorawar.”
In a conversation with ETimes, Priya shared that they call the little boy by a regal nickname, Sahibzaada. She added that she is now gradually adjusting to the role of a mother, and the feeling was absolutely magical. She further added that having a baby is like having your heart in another person's body. In her words:
"We're overjoyed to have our sahibzaada in our lives—that's what we're calling him at home right now! I'm doing well and settling into my new role as a mom. It's such a magical feeling! It's like having your heart reside in another person's body, and that too, forever."

Priya, in a conversation with TOI, revealed that she always wanted to be a mother, but things didn't go as per plan, and she miscarried the first time she conceived. However, life has its plans, and after a while, she conceived her rainbow child, Zorawar. Priya also added that after her miscarriage, she gave herself a lot of time to heal to be in the best shape for her child.
