Ankita Lokhande has been through a rollercoaster journey inside the Bigg Boss 17. However, it was her fights with her husband, Vicky Jain that made headlines, and Ankita accepted that she could have conducted herself in a more subtle way. Amidst it, Ankita Lokhande's mother-in-law, Ranjana Jain's mean comments in the media left the internet berserk. Recently, Ankita for the first time opened up about her mother-in-law's harsh reaction.
Recently, in an interview with Galatta India, Ankita Lokhande first time talked about his mother-in-law, Ranjana Jain's comments on her inside the house and in the media. Ankita stated that her mother-in-law never saw Vicky crying and when she saw him inside the show weeping profusely, she felt bad. Ankita called her mother-in-law biased and stated it it okay as her mom would have also been that. However, her mother does not like it as she knows Vicky and her relationship. She was quoted as saying:
"Toh jab mummy first time aayi toh Vicky bahut jada ro raha tha. Mummy ne Vicky ko kabhi rote hue nahi dekha nai hai. Toh jab vo rone laga toh mumma ko acha nai laga, Mummy na mere jaisi hai toh agr mera bacha bhi ho toh mai bhi aisi ho jaungi 'Ki kya hogya mere bache ko.' Kal ko mai bhi aisi rahungi. Mujhe lagta hai ki us moment mein unhone aisi cheeje boli. Mujhe hassi b aayi ki mumma kya kr rahi ho mai janti hoon unko. Mujhe laga vo apne bete ke liye biased hai, which is okay. Meri mummy bhi shyd biased hogi. But vo hai nai aisi kyunki vo humare sath rahi hai."

Ankita further added that whatever her mother-in-law has said things, it is only 'love' for her. And she has met her, and she doesn't feel that way. She added that her in-laws are tough from the outside and, and they are soft from the inside. Ankita further stated that her father-in-law was angry with her and Vicky as well.
Recently, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Vicky was asked about his rocky relationship with Ankita. He stated that they live in a world where they have equal feelings and can have different opinions. Vicky further added that it was important for him to give his opinion on the show, otherwise people would have said that he was listening to his partner.
Talking about the ugly fights, Vicky stated that he has not seen the recording of his fights, so he doesn't know how they look when they argue. He added that he can have an argument with his wife, and he can hold his position, but it won't have an adverse affect on his relationship with her. He said:
"In daily life, we have not seen recordings of our fight, so we don't know how we look like when we argue. I can argue, hold my position, but nothing against my relationship, it will always be the same."
