Ankita Lokhande and the late actor, Sushant Singh Rajput set an example for an ideal couple both on-screen and off-screen. For the unversed, Ankita and Sushant first crossed paths in Ektaa Kapoor's serial, Pavitra Rishta. It was their chemistry that left everyone spellbound. However, after seven years of their relationship, the duo broke up, leaving their fans heartbroken and wishing them to tie the knot. Fast forward to now, Ankita is married to the love of her life, Vicky Jain. Ankita and Vicky have been grabbing all the limelight since the time they graced the reality show, Bigg Boss 17.
While being in the BB house, Ankita Lokhande often talks about her ex-flame and the late actor, Sushant Singh Rajput. And yet, the same happened again. In a recent conversation with Isha Malviya and Abhishek Kumar, Ankita talked about a diary that Sushant used to keep with him. Ankita mentioned that Sushant, in that diary, used to write everything that he wanted, and he also had a bucket list. Ankita further mentioned that she had that diary with her after the actor passed away. Talking more about the same, the actress added that the late actor achieved everything that he ever wanted, which is a big deal for an outsider to the industry. Ankita said:
"He had a bucket list. He fulfilled all his dreams. Jab wo gaya tha na, uski diary mere paas thi. He had written everything that he wanted to achieve in his life. He achieved everything. It is indeed a big achievement for a person who had no connection with the film industry whatsoever.”

In the same conversation, Ankita Lokhande shared how she broke down in tears after watching Sushant Singh Rajput's debut film, Kai Po Che, on the movie's premiere night. The diva called her ex-flame, hardworking. She also mentioned how she and Sushant went to MS Dhoni's house during the shoot of the late actor's film, on the cricketer's biopic. Ankita added that she never received any kind of mistreatment from Sushant.
Yet, in an early episode of BB 17, Ankita Lokhande and Abhishek Kumar could be seen conversing with each other. The diva told Abhishek that whenever she watches him shirtless, it reminds her of Sushant. To this, Abhishek said that his and Sushant's journey had been similar in the industry. To this, Ankita mentioned how Sushant was a calm and hardworking person who used to be affected by even anyone's opinion of him. The diva called herself easy-go-lucky and heaped praises on Sushant for his determination to work. While talking about her ex-flame, Ankita got teary-eyed, and Abhishek apologised to her for bringing up the late actor's topic. Ankita replied by saying that she likes to talk about Sushant as he is family.

There's no denying the fact that Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain have been grabbing all the limelight from Bigg Boss 17. However, as per several reports, the diva is one of the highest-paid actresses inside the BB house. As per a report by Times Now, Ankita has been earning a hefty sum of Rs. 12 lakhs per week from Bigg Boss 17. For those who don't know, Ankita was offered to join Bigg Boss a couple of times, and finally, she said yes to the same, but only this year.
