Alia didn't let this go as she wants to keep her personal life and her daughter, Raha Kapoor, away from the media. So, she reposted the post on her IG story and penned a long note. She shared that she felt someone watching her while relaxing at her home. She called it a 'gross invasion' of someone's privacy. Her long note can be read as:

"Are you kidding me? I was at my house having a perfectly normal afternoon sitting in my living room when I felt someone was watching me. I looked up and saw two men on the terrace of my neighbouring building with a camera right at me. In what world is this okay and allowed? This is a gross invasion of someone's privacy. There's a line you just cannot cross and it is safe to say all lines were crossed today. @mumbaipolice."

Netizens were quick to support Alia. The post was flooded with comments supporting Alia and calling it an invasion of a person's privacy that too at their own home. One user wrote, "Its sad to see that you label this as ‘exclusive’ what's so exclusive about this? The fact that you decided to invade someone’s privacy and decided to take photos this way?" Another one wrote, "Now you know this is wrong on all levels! Yeah she's a celebrity but at least she has every right to privacy in her own house ya."

When Alia Bhatt lashed out at false reports of maternity leave

This isn't the first time, we spotted the cool-headed Alia losing her calm. It happened when she announced her pregnancy and reports of her taking maternity leave made rounds on the internet. Alia had strongly reacted to these claims and penned a hard-hitting message for the world to know. Her long note could be read as:

"Meanwhile we still live in some people’s heads we still love in some patriarchal world…fyi. Nothing has gotten delayed!!!! No one needs to PICK anyone up, I am a woman not a parcel!!!! I do not need to REST at all but good to know you’ll have a doctor’s certification as well. This is 2022. Can we please get out of this archaic way of thinking! Now if you would excuse me…my shot is ready."

For those who don't know, Alia has taken the decision to keep her daughter, Raha Kapoor, away from the paparazzi culture. She doesn't even plan to share pictures of her daughter on her IG feed. Alia and Ranbir want to give their daughter a normal upbringing.
