Ketan Agarwal, who was the CMO of his family business, Success Group, was pushed from the Lohagad Fort on June 18, 2026, by her fiancee, Siya Goyal and her boyfriend, Chetan Chaudhary. Ketan was only 26-year-old and was all set to marry Siya in late November 2026. Now that both Siya and Chetan have been arrested, the police revealed that the latter recently claimed that Siya forced him into killing Ketan.
Soon after Ketan Agarwal passed away, Siya Goyal tried to show it as an accident; however, the truth was revealed through CCTV footage. Later, Siya and her lover, Chetan were taken to custody. Since their arrest, both Siya and Chetan have been accusing each other of planning Ketan’s murder. Amid that, a while ago, police officials revealed that 22-year-old Chetan has claimed that Siya forced him into killing Ketan.
As per officials, Chetan only wanted to elope with Siya and live his life peacefully with her; however, Siya believed that would bring dishonour to her family. So, she chose to kill Ketan Agarwal and portray it as an accident. On the other hand, Siya tried to put the entire blame on Chetan. Siya Goyal explained that killing Ketan was entirely Chetan’s plan and he even broke down after their failed attempt on June 14, 2026. As of now, the investigators are doing their best to unveil the truth and Siya and Chetan continue to be under custody till June 29, 2026.
The investigation into Ketan Agarwal's death has unveiled a lot of revelations in the past few days. As per police officials, Siya and Chetan met at a cafe on June 18, 2026, to carefully plan Ketan's murder. Reportedly, they planned and selected the exact spots where they could push Ketan. After the meeting, Siya and Ketan went on the trek at Lohagad Fort. Chetan, wearing a hoodie, followed them.
Upon reaching the pre-planned spot, Siya allegedly bent down to give a signal to Chetan to push Ketan off the cliff. However, this wasn't the first attempt. Allegedly, multiple attempts happened. Reportedly, Siya tried three times, before succeeding on June 18, 2026, a day before her birthday. After pushing Ketan, Siya informed his family that he died accidentally by slipping. Recently, Ketan's father mentioned that Siya had no reaction after seeing Ketan's body.
Soon after allegedly pushing Ketan Agarwal off the cliff, Siya Goyal took to her Instagram Stories to pen an emotional note for him. As per a report by NDTV, Siya shared snaps from their happy times and wrote:
"You left me on my birthday. You left when we were so close to getting married. I still can't understand why you did this to me. I had dreams, questions I'll never get answers to. Why did you leave me when I loved you so much? Rest in peace."
Talking about Siya Goyal’s parents, her father recently suffered a heart attack and is currently admitted in the hospital. Amid that, a while ago, he spoke to the media and gave his statement on Ketan Agarwal’s death. He revealed that the criminal should get the strictest punishment, even if it is his daughter, Siya. As per reports, he was quoted as saying:
"Jisne yeh kia hai ussei sakt se sakt saza milei. Jaise hamara Ketan jiss kilei se gira hai, usmei jo bhi aaropi paya jaye, usmei bhalei meri khud ki beti kyu na ho, ussei bhi wahi se dhakka dia jaye."
