Ketan, who was pushed to death by his fiance, Siya Goyal and her rumoured boyfriend, Chetan Chaudhary. Currently, Chetan and Siya are in police custody and are facing an intense round of questioning. Amid that, the police officials, a while ago, revealed a shocking detail.
Recently, a police officer opened up about Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary, who are the main suspects in Ketan Agarwal’s murder case. The police officer stated both Siya and Chetan had deleted their chats to destroy all the evidence against them; however, the investigators retrieved those chats from the recycle bin. The police officer was quoted as saying:
"During our investigation, it was revealed that both the accused deleted their chats before June 18, 2026 and after the Lohagad incident from their phones. The chats were deleted from the recycle bins of their respective phones."
For those who do not know, Siya and Chetan spoke for hours for nearly six months before successfully killing the former’s fiance, Ketan Agarwal. It is worth mentioning that Siya and Ketan were all set to tie the knot in November 2026, in a lavish wedding ceremony worth Rs. 17 crore. As per reports, Siya and Chetan shared nearly 2,004 phone calls and approximately 238 hours of chats.
Further, Deputy Superintendent of Police named Gajanan Tonpe revealed that Siya Goyal's brother and relatives have been summoned. Investigators explained that they plan to question Siya's close ones to understand the murder case even more. The police officer said, "We summoned Siya's brother for questioning, and other members and friends will also be summoned. So far, the roles of both Siya and Chetan have been established in the alleged murder of Ketan."
Ever since Siya and Chetan have been taken into custody, both Siya and Ketan’s family have been slamming the 20-year-old girl for her actions. A few days ago, Siya’s father, who is admitted in the hospital after suffering a heart attack, shared that the accused person should get the strictest punishment. Similarly, Siya’s mother also revealed that if her daughter is found guilty, then she should be thrown from the same place as Ketan Agarwal.
On the other hand, Ketan Agarwal’s father, Vishal has also been slamming Siya. Recently, police officials explained that Siya was not interested in getting married to Ketan, due to his baldness and stammering. However, Ketan’s father slammed her and shared that she was aware of the baldness. And if she had a problem with it, she could have said ‘no’ to the marriage. Addressing the same, Siya’s mother revealed:
"We asked Siya at least ten times whether she liked Ketan and wanted to marry him. Every single time she told us, 'Yes, I like Ketan. I want to marry him. I don't have a relationship with anyone else."
Like Siya Goyal, her boyfriend, Chetan Chaudhary also came from a strong family background. Reportedly, his family also has a business. As per police officials, Chetan and Siya were in a relationship for more than a year. As per the CCTV footage, which was discovered after Ketan Agarwal’s death showed Chetan in a hoodie. He was following Siya and Ketan on the Lohagad Fort trek. Reportedly, Siya gave a signal to him and after which he allegedly pushed Ketan Agarwal.
