Well, now Upasana shared a heartfelt video, in which she recalled the early days of her second pregnancy and penned an emotional note along with it.
On February 9, 2026, Upasana Kamineni Konidela took to her Instagram handle to share a heartwarming video, in which she recalled the early days of her second pregnancy. The video included clips of doctors and astrologers from the time surrounding the twins’ birth. The emotional video also featured the wholesome reaction and memories of the family from the 9 months of Ram and Upasana's pregnancy. Along with the video, Upasana penned an emotional note, in which she explained that every time she sees the video, her heart feels full and overwhelmed. Her note can be read as:
"Every time I watch this, my heart feels full. I’m deeply grateful for the love, strength, and positivity that surrounds us. With folded hands, thank you. My family is truly blessed. @tejesvirao & the entire @theapollohospitals team- your care & commitment meant everything to us. To RC’s fans and well-wishers, I know your love comes from a place of goodness. I trust you will always protect our children & respect their safety. The two tied the knot in 2012, and since then have been admired for their mutual respect and never-ending love. On Diwali 2025, the couple announced their second pregnancy. For the uninitiated, Ram and Upasana welcomed their first child- daughter, Klin in 2023.
