Mira Rajput Kapoor's Pregnancy Glow Is Unmissable As She Steps Out On Movie Date With Shahid Kapoor

From being on his wife’s side always and pampering her to the core to being one of the most doting and loving husbands of B-town, Shahid Kapoor indeed deserves the trophy of the ‘best husband in the world’. He is a complete family man and loves spending time with his wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor and daughter, Misha Kapoor. Just a day after their romantic date night at Izumi - Ramen & Sushi, Bandra, Mumbai, Shahid and Mira were spotted outside PVR Icon. The lovebirds went to watch Akshay Kumar starrer film, Gold. While Mira flaunted her baby bump and pregnancy glow in a blue tunic which she paired with a black denim, Shahid kept it casual in a white tee, black shorts and black jacket. We totally loved his bespectacled look.

Being a doting husband, Shahid held his preggy wife, Mira’s hand as they walked towards the car post the movie. Shahid too shared a Boomerang video on his Instagram handle, in which Mira can be seen busy on her phone, and he wrote atop the video, “Bae”.

In a recent interaction with Times Now, mommy-to-be Mira Rajput Kapoor revealed who will name their second child. She was quoted as saying, “We haven't decided the name of the baby yet. In fact, we are open to all suggestions. Misha’s name was Shahid's selection. So, this time, I might get to select the name.” She further added, “This time I already have a toddler around and keeping a balance between the one you have and the one that's on its way is very important. Everything changes and you don't want that the one who has been the apple of your eyes for so long and feels that she's the centre of your world to feel neglected and ignored. As per the reports, soon-to-be second-time parents, Shahid and Mira have already zeroed down on one name each for a boy and a girl. A source was cited as saying, “Shahid and Mira are very excited. Even though this is not the first time they are becoming parents, they have been feeling on top of the world. Having two kids was always their plan and they feel blessed that it is happening just how they wished it to be. The two have decided on a name as well – one for a male child and one for a female child. And just like Misha, the names they have chosen also start with M.”

After Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor is the latest Bollywood celeb to get an immortalised at Madame Tussaud's wax museum in London. Talking about the same to DNA, Shahid revealed that while his measurement was being taken, his wife Mira was on FaceTime with him as she wanted to know more about the entire process. He remarked, "They had 50 shades of eyeballs and hair. They laid them out to check which one was closest to mine. Mira was curious to know, so I was showing her how they put 150 dots on my face, made me stand still and took pictures with 2D as well as 3D cameras. She was quite fascinated." In a throwback interview, Shahid revealed why he wanted to marry someone ‘real’ like Mira, and remarked, “I felt like it was important to find somebody who, ideally for someone like me who lives in a bit of a bubble, it’s nice to find somebody who is real and normal and reminds you of everything that you kind of get isolated from. Even though you try your best to be normal, from a normal person’s point of view, you’re very not normal.”

He went on to say, “I am an actor and have great respect for what I do. So it is not like i have a problem with that or anything. I have had relationships with actresses and that have been public. Whether we like it or not, the minute you are a celebrity you are not going to be able to do everything that a normal individual can do. On the work front, Shahid Kapoor is promoting his film, Batti Gul Meter Chalu and will soon start shooting for his next film, the official remake of the hit film Arjun Reddy. Post the delivery, Mira, Misha and the newborn will accompany him to Delhi, where he will shoot for his film and the capital is also Mira’s maayka.
