She posted a video lashing out at her mom and older sister, Gia, at Tampa International Airport, where she can be heard yelling at them.
As per a recent report, Milania wasn’t keeping well and had a mental breakdown. A source told Page Six that Milania had ‘suicidal thoughts’ when she had a heated argument at the airport. The reports also revealed that she had just been released from St. Anthony's Hospital in nearby St. Petersburg.
Officials were informed that the incident was “possibly a Baker Act issue. It is a Florida law in which an individual, usually experiencing mental illness, is taken to a facility for an involuntary examination. The officials were told that Teresa, Gia, and the counselor were allegedly “having issues” transporting Milania.
Following the incident, a rep for Milania says she is “under the care of professionals.” As per the rep, Milania has been going through a challenging period in her life following the devastating loss of her best friend, Victoria. As per her manager, Maria DeSantis:
“Milania is a good-hearted and caring young woman who has been going through a very challenging period. She is currently surrounded by people who love her and is under the care of professionals and the focus now is on her health, healing and well-being.”
For the unversed, the Tampa International Airport Police Department received a call for assistance on Sept. 23 at 2:20 p.m. after an altercation was reported. Law enforcement revealed that cops were alerted when “multiple females said they needed police ASAP.” Officials described Milania as a “white female, wearing a tan hat, yellow sweatsuit, with brown hair,” holding a “cat in a pink animal carrier.” No one was arrested, no medical transport was called, and no police report was created.
Milania shared the video on TikTok, giving her social media followers a glimpse of the fight that took place at the airport. In the now-deleted video, the mother-daughter duo was seen walking through the airport as a group of cops stood near them. Milania was seen asking her mother and sister in the clip, "This is what we do now? This is what we do now?"
Meanwhile, Teresa repeatedly kept telling her daughter, "I love you." When 25-year-old Gia chimed in and told the Real Housewives of New Jersey star to “just let Milania do what she wants to do” in the heated social media post, Milania replied, “Shut the f–k up.”
Milania has been having a traumatic time over the past few months. In May 2026, she was arrested following an alleged domestic altercation. According to a report from Page Six, Milania was charged with a disorderly persons offense after allegedly striking a person identified as L.R. in the forehead. She also allegedly threw candles and food during the dispute. However, when she appeared virtually in a New Jersey municipal court, Milania pleaded not guilty.
However, her attorney said that she had enrolled in anger management classes. Prosecutors requested that her hearing be postponed to give her time to complete the course. On the other hand, Milania is currently mourning the death of her childhood friend, Victoria Zardoya, who passed away in July following a fall in Florida.
